I come here every couple weeks after work for a quick bite to eat for me and my kiddos, The gentlemen that runs the windows after 9 pm has been incredibly rude twice now , but this time he proceeded to not say a word but shouted the F word to a coworker with the windows wide open wher my 3 year old can hear. Morning crews great but this was crazy

Can’t even give you the sauce you ask for. We placed a drive up order because we had a car full of kids. Zero sauce in the bag. Doesn’t get more basic than that. Had to park and go in for the sauce. 😡

Went there after dinner time around 8:00 p.m. The drive-thru service was super fast the employees were very friendly The food was fresh hot and put together well. May just be the best McDonald's in Cleveland!
I asked for 2 plain cheeseburgers and they gave me two buns with cheese.. I was so mad.
