It was tough to give this MC Donald's even one star! The ownership must have changed- the help is wearing filthy clothing and many of the employees are just rude.The guy at the to go window did not utter a word or even look at us.Oh- and the fish sandwich tasted like a soggy sponge!Rocky River is going down hill!

I've been there twice and both times I went , the drive thru workers were acting like I was inconveniencing them. The first time I went, they didn't give me something I ordered so I waited trying to get their attention and they said " Jesus what do you want? " just the customer service is horrible and rude and it's not worth being disrespected just for wanting your right order. Second time there wasn't much different

Went to the McDonald's late-night spent $26 on food and was only able to eat two fish fillet, the four McDoubles I ordered were unedible, the bread was stale, they loaded so much mustard on them was ridiculous, and the beef tasted old ,I took one bite And spit it out, the 2 mc chickens where trash, they got trashed, so 4 mc doubles and 2 McChickens got thrown away, so like I mentioned before I spent $26 on two fish fillet a sweet tea and a large fry. So my fiance actually threw away her dinner because she's allergic to fish so I couldn't even give her one of my sandwiches getting off late and not wanting to come home and cook we figured McDonald's would be the route to go absolutely not this place is horrible and the food is not edible.

I’m from out of the area, but was in Westlake today for other business. I stopped by this McDonald’s to grab a bite to eat and stretch my legs from the drive. The manager was the nicest man I’ve dealt with in a long time. He treated all of his customers like family. It was a really nice experience.

Umm when someone says no pickles they don’t want a chicken sandwich that’s soggy and been sitting under a heat lamp that you peeled the pickles off of!!! Stale bread soggy chicken tasted like pickles!! WHY !? Food is supposed to be fresh not sitting under a heat lamp! Do better!!

I got on the dollar menu and got a McDouble with another for just a buck. My girl got fries. I love these cheeseburgers. They are great. Ate 1 and took the ither home.Parking: Plenty of parking. Been here several times.
