Panera clearly has walked away from caring about customer service or satisfaction. We've visited there every week for the last two months (as well as locations in other states). It is apparent that upper management have walked away from prioritizing good management on location. No one takes responsibility for making sure the coffee is hot, the microwave is working, tables are clean, or that people get what they ordered. Other than comfortable seating and free wi-fi, it's like getting ok food out of a vending machine that doesn't work reliably. It sort of feels like soon after buying the brand, a CEO told everyone down the line that there would be no further investments, training, or quality control. Somewhere along the way this chain lost its reason to care.

I'm convinced this is one of the finest establishments you will ever set foot into.From the managerial level all the way down to the simple details, this Panera bread is absolutely exceptional. I don't come here just for my morning cup of coffee, I come here for friendships, warm greetings and reliable smiles. Highly recommended!

I'm leaving this review because I know this kind of thing matters to some people. I have been at this Panera at least twice a week for the last couple of months. The staff have always been wonderful, especially the older ladies who work in the morning. I have never not been acknowledged before this incident. For the sake of clarity, I have to mention that everyone involved in this exchange was white, except for me. I came in, got in line behind an older woman and her granddaughter and waited. Not long after another woman stepped in behind me, asked if I was waiting, to which I said yes. I can't remember if the woman behind me asked or the older woman just overheard our brief conversation, but the older woman in front of me turned and stated that they were not ready to order and were not waiting and then ushered me forward. I stepped up to the registers. It was busy, I've worked service jobs before, and I didn't wanna make my own breakfast that morning, so I waited.Not too long after that a woman, who was likely a manager, asst. manager, or shift lead came up and before I could greet her she looks around me to the older woman and her granddaughter, doggedly ignoring my presence. I'm large; it takes effort not to notice me, and shouted over my head asking if the two of them are ready to order. I was honestly confused, but then another employee addressed me and asked if I was ready to order. I slid over, placed my order, got my food, and left. I will not be back. And I'm very much aware that means diddly squat to the actual employees, they don't get paid enough to care. However, for those who scoure the reviews wondering if places are safe, if you are welcome, just know that might not always be the case at this particular Panera.

I ordered a bowl of soup with a baguette which was $12.51! The baguette was super stale and the soup had very little flavor. I ordered the creamy chicken and wild rice. For that amount, $9 a bowl, I would expect it to have some chicken and veggies. It came with one piece of chicken and 2 carrots. Very disappointing to pay that amount and get very little.

The sandwich I ordered had so much lettuce I had to take some of it off, to find there was barely any chicken salad on it. My husband ordered the barbeque chicken sandwich and came with no barbecue sauce. Please pay attention to details. This is how you keep people coming back.
Last couple of Sundays I went in for coffee and a croissant. The light brew was always empty and the croissants were not good. They were hollow and gluey on the inside to say the least. Who ever is doing their croissants needs to re educated on the technique or fired.

So overpriced. They only offer one size for lattes and other specialty coffees. They have no idea how to make a cappuccino. they only offer it in a 16oz for over $5. That's ridiculous. What kind of coffee shop can't make a real cappuccino?

Dec 4th around 8:25 amCashier Sharon was rude her stance upon me entering was not the Panera way . everyone is really nice and looks like they are happy to be there , not this rude lady she was slouching down towards The cashier did not say good morning did not assist the gentleman that was standing in front of me . I asked the gentleman was he ready to order he said no ma'am go ahead and shoke his head amd looked at the cashier as to say exactly what I was already seeing the woman is rude and don't wanna be there clearly. so I say good morning to the lady she doesn't say anything, I place my order she's just stares at me with this ridiculous look on her face,I asked a question about the menu she rolled her Eyes without responding to my question.at this point my whole experience with this woman was disgusting, I even forgot to put my rewards number in because I just wanted to get out of there , she shouldn't be a cashier, she should be all the way in the back where she has no contact with the General public or customers at all.
