Always trust your instincts! If you feel like it's not a good place to eat, then listen to your gut! We walked in..guys just leaning on the counter.. no greeting or anything..feeling like a burden by giving him my order bc he didnt even ask for it. Place feels vacant at noon...shouldve left by now... sandwich was actually decent. As we are about to literally finish our last bite we see something dart across the floor. We just put our sandwiches down and look at each other, like I know that wasn't just a mouse.. the thing was carrying a small cat in its mouth! (not literally) I look over and see an employee cleaning out underneath the pop machine and what do you know?.. a huge rat's nest made out of all the straws and lids and napkins kept under there. I said are you cleaning that out bc of the mouse that just ran across the floor? He said yes and that they've been chewing through the base of the building to the outside and shows us two holes which is where the one ran out. I asked how bad the problem was and if we should worry about getting sick. He just kind of laughed and said no. All in all...i would avoid this place and find somewhere else..Def not going to be eating here again, but if you choose to.. eat at your own risk! Here's to not puking my guts out!

Went there today at around 530 there were two young men working we ordered a Philly cheese steak and a chicken teriyaki wrap and it was amazing worth the 30 dollars we spent and great customer service from both men , we also got large fries and boy were they well worth it. Thanks will be back again.

I can't help myself but stop and have a good lunch here.. The food is very good,, hot and totally worth money spent.. The employees are very nice.. Don't get to this area often but when I do this is the place to eat.

Food was amazing, I had forgotten my phone inside one of the booths and one of the employees, despite it being cold and windy, came out to my car and gave it back to me! Such a lifesaver, he was so polite too.

I’ve never had a bad experience until today at this location. It was actually my go to location, until today. The service was blah, all the tables were dirty except for one and literally more than half my fries were not cooked all the way through, not salted, and gray/moldy looking. I won’t be going back to this location anytime soon.

Came on here to say thank you to whoever was working last night that made my Uber eats order of an Italian sub. They even gave me a little ramekin of to go vinegar on the side since I had asked for extra. It was the best penn station I ever had, and I just appreciate you!

First time at penn station... we ordered large fries and drinks its delicious

I entered the store, placed my order. When I arrived there was one person in the store. Things got busy after about 10 to 15 minutes. I kept wondering why more people were coming in and getting their orders. When I inquired about the order the young lady said showed it to me but there was a sandwich being prepared and ahead of mine. When I asked the gentleman about it he says it was waiting on the fries. I should have withheld my tip. Also. I left the store out of frustration.

I made my order at 11:12 surprisingly I went to pick it up like two hours after placing it wasn't made Yet So they had to make me wait again they made the order rushing the cheese was poorly heated literally it wasn't tasty

I love penn station always get the cheesesteak but today was a sad day I got more bread and banana peppers then I did meat.. should have went to the Brooklyn
