The smoothies were genuinely disgusting. I worked at the one in mayfield road for a year and the culture is completely different at this one. The girl was super sweet but definitely did not know the menu. I had to use my knowledge to help her make my smoothie order and the smoothies were not it at all. It was fiancés first time at the company and we both agreed not to come back again. Waste of 20$.

This Smoothie King location is a true gem! There are only 3 in the surrounding Cleveland area; however, the service is unmatched. The employees are always kind and cheerful. The smoothies are always exceptional and they produce a very welcoming environment.

Giving this place one star because the employee who prepared me and my child’s smoothies messed up my child’s. Instead of admitting that, he instead tried to convince me that the watery mess we were given was because of the frozen kale added to it. He refused to remake it. There was literally nothing smoothie-like about it. It was a watery mess.
I came to this location last week and was met with a gentlemen who was rude & disrespectful. I ordered a strawberry gladiator and they did not put strawberries into the smoothie, I asked for it to please be remade correctly with strawberries and he tried to tell me no until another women working agreed to fix it. Fast forward one week, I attempt to try again thinking maybe it was just an off day for this gentlemen. Wrong. I had a redeemable reward of buy one bowl get one smoothie free. I ordered and they tried to tell me my reward was not redeemable. I had to stand my ground for the gentlemen to call his manager to get it applied. I will NEVER return to this location. Typically the workers at smoothie king are so pleasant, unfortunately not here. Do not recommend coming here AT ALL.
