Poor girl was never taught a Red Eye. Then it took 10 minutes to make my wife's matcha. The lack of a drive thru is a FEATURE not a bug.

I have not found a Starbucks that makes a better Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew! I have a location that is much closer to me and I go out of my way to come to this location for the VSCCB.

This location is also a great place to work from. It is on the smaller side, but it is always very nice and has great amenities like a reservable conference room upstairs and a fireplace to sit by downstairs.

Orders are not ready as per the app time. In fact, it's almost always double the time mention on the app. Even though the order shows to be completed and ready for pick up. In my opinion, this is very misleading specially because most customers purchase year by buying or pre-ordering the food online to be able to be picked up for convenience. No apology when your order is late, which means that it seems like it's a normal thing in this location.

I don't know what it is about this SB location but I've had messed up orders numerous times to the point I avoid this location. They are generally busy so maybe that's it. We've had wrong flavors, ingredients, and comically wrong food orders where they put someone else's food in our bag.
They're very nice, I just think they're busy and maybe have a lot of young employees.

Came in yesterday afternoon (5/8/24) and ordered a caramel macchiato and a mocha Frappuccino. I meant to order the caramel macchiato iced but I forgot. The barista (absolutely amazing team member named Atlas) saw my face fall when he handed me my hot caramel macchiato. When I told him I meant to order it iced he instantly said "I'll make you another one. You keep that hot one for free." While he was making the drink, I explained that we'd had a less-than-ideal mocha frap from another Starbucks location a couple of weeks ago and this one was a do-over for my wife. He made ANOTHER mocha frap to make up for the experience a couple of weeks ago and gave us both. Expected to walk out with 2 drinks but walked out with 4. Atlas should get a raise as he is an amazing barista! Keep up the awesome work!
