Placed order on the all they accepted the order but were closed two hours before their listed time, I still haven’t got my money back!

It says that they are open til 5am on Saturday morning but that's a lie. Went there last night and sat for 20 minutes at the speaker. Nobody greeted us or took our order. Drove around the building and saw 4 employees sitting down talking and being on their phones. Nobody informed us that they were closed!

It's a wonder this place isn't rated lower the service is just trash the employees are rude and disrespectful I have seen it on a number of occasions you work in customer service you're supposed to be polite and courteous this place needs an upgrade or needs to be shut down and the employees need to learn how to speak to people

Absolutely the worst customer service from a Taco Bell. I will never return to this place. Waited at the drive thru for over 10 minutes. Tried to go in and order and the doors were locked. Finally had to call and the person that answered was rude and nasty. She actually hung up on me. Really is a shame because I love TB. I will go to the one in a neighboring city moving forward. I will also be reaching out to corporate to report this.

I was Uber eating for this taco bell one day and I walk in to a worker twerking behind the counter. Tonight I doordash an order and they make everything wrong, I contact support and i get it reordered and they once agian botch my wifes food this time. They dodge phone calls until her 10th or 11th call and then are disrespectful to her for complaning about their mistakes. Never ordering from here agian and I suggest others dont either.

When they do take your order (most days they just let you sit at the speaker without acknowledging your existence), it usually comes out wrong.

The food was poorly made, there was no ice for the drinks, and the soda was completely flat. Worst part the guy making our food about 7pm today just had to loudly voice his hate for jews. Gross food gross behavior. Wont be coming back to this location.

Needs audited and staff needs replaced from top to bottom. The leader of the store sets the tone and the staff follow. Edit: 11/27/2025 I was in drive thru for an hour, and so were the cars ahead of me. We were at a stand still for 30 minutes before the line randomly moved up. I patiently waited for 15 minutes at the speaker before asking how much longer they think it would be. No response. Finally the few remaining cars ahead of me pulled up but there was still no acknowledgement from the staff for a couple minutes. I pull around the corner to see if there's a car still at the window. No car. So there was noone in front of me as I was waiting to hear from someone inside. I pull to the window and see no staff inside. A gentleman pulled up beside me as I was at the drive thru window and told me he was there earlier and saw staff in the back flipping out. I'm not sure if the staff walked out on the manager or what happened, but there was still an employee'scar there... Probably the manager's. They could have at least communicated to everyone patiently waiting for an hour that they were closed. I know the manager is a young kid and I feel bad for him, but I know the overall employee culture at this location is terrible and they lack structure and good guidance. I blame the person in charge of the store- the GM.

I came at 2:50 Am on Saturday and this guy was playing around don’t want to take the order, just talking crazy, I’m not sure if he’s is drunk or what but i was worry about buying the food from this guy. Very bad customer service. Disgusting

Been frequenting this Taco Bell over the past few years and has consistently gone downhill. The most recent trip, which will be the last, staff were gossiping with what appeared to be staff not in uniform treating the location like a break room. They were behind the counter on their phone and talking loudly with actual staff members. When the food was finally received, the order was missing an item. The staff behind the counter would not acknowledge us and we were obviously being ignored. Clowns are running the circus.
