It’s always something with this Taco Bell. Not only do they ignore the long line of cars outside the drive through, they make your food sloppy, and they make up every excuse in the book not to serve you. Seems like lack of management. Hopefully one day this location can hire someone who can put their foot down and prepare people to do their jobs.

horrendously, horrifically bad service. I have never had a drive-through fast food worker be so rude to me completely unprompted. if you're looking for a quick, conflict free bite to eat, go anywhere but here.

Horrible! Is there any other word worst than this!! Service is so bad, they took this business in their own hands and gave the worst service. I was in line to order, it ask about using the app. I said No app. I sat there waiting for someone to acknowledge me.. waiting for 8 minutes and no response. I drove up to the window and all the employees were having their own chit chatting party. I ask her if she can take my order, she said NO. I had to drive back around and get in line again. This is crazy! I went to another Taco Bell. You need to hire a whole brand new staff that really cares about their job. Worst, Horrible, Nasty, Dreadful, Horrific is your staff!! I would give Zero stars if I could!

I know service sucks here, but it's nearby so I have frequented this location quite a bit since it was built.
Yesterday I ordered a Mexican pizza minus beef, it was good. A crunchy taco, it was -meh- but I think I now have food poisoning from the Cantina Chicken Quesadilla. The chicken was rubbery and I only took a few bites before throwing it away. Ever since I've been really sick. I had to miss half a day of work. Thanks for giving me food poisoning!

The worst Taco Bell I've ever visited. We ordered two soft tacos and two bean burritos and they made us pull ahead when we were only one of two cars in line. It took forever for them to respond initially too... at 4 p.m. on a Saturday. Now I know why the rating is so low.

Our bean burritos were not only small, but the beans were dried up and tasted like they were sitting out for hours. Never again to this location.
