My friend waited 10 minutes for one taco and she got an apology, her food brought to her at the table, and a bag full of free Cinnabons. What the in the actual hell? Was she secretly in the Taco Bell VIP club or something??

The lady that works in this Taco Bell it’s absolutely rude she has blonde hair she needs to get fired she doesn’t know how to treat workers or customers and she just look at you in a mean way she also ignore you when you talk to her I don’t understand how they have a person working there with this attitude customer service is a must working these type of jobs you dont like your job just quit .

Pulled up to the drive through before midnight, all the lights / menu were on, girl on the other end rudely tells me they're closed. I asked what time they close, no response. Said hello a few times and she just ignored me. How are this many complaints about how awful your night shift is and you still haven't done something about it?
Edit: THREE YEARS LATER and the absolutely inept management/ownership of this location has still not figured out how to improve things. Please just close down if you can't create a work environment that doesn't cause people to leave in droves like this. You can't even retain enough staff to keep it open past 8pm now. What a circus.

When I went to the drive through, they had to close for a couple hours. 'cause they said they had no food ready except for people that were doing DoorDash or something like that, not any drive-throughs.

I’ve had issues at this location before but nothing as bad as today. Neither of my items was made correctly plus I did not receive my complete order. The one item of mine had some awful hot sauce on it instead of the spicy ranch. Never ever will I go there again. They are already on limited hours so they need to completely shut down!

The food was sloppy, I mean you have to try to make it this messy. We were told that mild sauce was unavailable when we could clearly see it. We didn't get any napkins or sporks which was an issue since we weren't taking our food home to eat. Possibly the worst fast food experience I've ever had.

I used to LOVE this place. This used to be the best Taco Bell in the area and I have no idea what happened. I really try to give everyone grace cause I understand working in customer service is not for the weak and that’s why I always try and be extra forgiving for anyone having a rough day or any mistakes. But it has been a consistent issue that every time I come to this location the workers are always so mean for no apparent reason. They have messed up orders multiple times, which I know is a risk you take with any fast food but it’s almost consistent that something is either missing and/or the workers are just in the worst mood.
I came there to pick up a mobile order and the woman at the drive thru rolled her eyes, scoffed at me, and then slammed the window in my face. We ordered food again tonight and they were out of the new baja blast but instead of just asking us if we wanted a different drink they handed us a regular Baja blast and then got mad at us when we said we didn’t order that.
We were the only ones in the drive thru and they made it seem like the biggest inconvenience to them. I would almost understand if it was a bunch of teenagers working there (they still should be professional but I can give them more leeway) but these are grown adults acting like me ordering food at a fast food establishment is the worst thing I could ever do. This Taco Bell is the closest to my home but I will go out of my way to avoid going back here for the near future. I know the hiring pool is rough right now but I feel like it would be in this stores best interest to just completely rebuild and hire even the most APATHETIC employees. I would rather have someone give me nothing in terms of customer service than the rude attitude that is always given by these employees. Heck, throw the line cooks to be employee facing they would probably be more professional.

If you don’t have a western name don’t bother coming here, not only will they lie to you and say they didn’t receiver your order after standing at the counter for ten minutes they will also mock your name. After the ordeal of politely trying to explain it went through on my end, they mocked my name as I was trying to spell it for them. They finally found the order and continued to mock my name by referring to me as “Instagram” and “Iggy Azaela”. I paid through the app, and when I finally asked for a refund because I didn’t trust they wouldn’t spit in my food, she finally snapped and said I could only get it through the app. None of them could even look at me in my face when I told her and the other lousy worker how to say my name, but lo and behold I ask for a refund and she snaps. At the same time a woman came back in with her meal trying to get a corrected version due to several items not being the right ones. They were difficult with her, spoke over her, and when the blonde worker finally wrote down the right order, the blonde repeated the wrong things to the staff. Incompetency on a level I have never seen before. Bigotry and stupidity mixed into one taco bell. Hope that blonde loses her job.

I sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes, and the line never progressed naturally on its own. The only time it progressed were when 2 or 3 people hopped out of line and left. 2 or 3 people left behind me in line too. This was the first and last time I will go to this location.

Went there at night at night waited 45 mins only to be greeted by a rude and angry person taking my order didn't even give me for 5 second before telling me to hurry put was in the middle of order my food and she cut me off so I order 35 dollars worth the food ordered 2 naco fries two cheesy chulpa 2 chicken 2 steak for a total of 8 because to could in each order I come which they charged me as such pull up to the window she hands me my food I check it I realize it's wrong a d go to hand her the back she refuses wants to argue with me and just keeps saying what now what now as long as she can! In the bag is one order of naco friends and 1 steak taco one chicken taco opened it up just had bread in it so I basically paid all that money to get fried bread with one order of fries do not go to this place worst service ever!
