Rustic Restaurant

This restaurant was recommended and a terrible experience. The servers were rude. There was dust all over the cash register. The menus were falling apart and not covered by any plastic. The bathroom had towels piled up and overflowing. The food was mediocre. I had the spaghetti casserole which was not bad and the cheese soup was great. My sister ordered scrod hoping since we were close to Lake Erie it would be good but was out of the microwave. I really do not see how this restaurant has passed any inspections by the health department and will never return!

Finally visited this restaurant. Our table had bowl of creamers with ants crawling all over them. Discreetly gave to waitress which gave us cold shoulder treatment thereafter. Only young waitress who served our food was friendly. Ate quick, tipped friendly waitress and left. It's a one and done place. Pick another area restaurant to eat and enjoy.

It has been quite a few years since I've been here. All the same, waitress are quick, friendly, atmosphere super still. But WOW The foods is the best Just like the good old days. Get there, eat and you will not be sorry, VERY GOOD ?.

After many years, took a ride to the Rustic Grill. It was worth the drive there. I had chicken papprakash, which was home made and excellent. Came with cranberry sauce for some reason and was underwhelming. I didn't like. My friend had the breaded cod which was not at all greasy and he really liked it.

We discovered this restaurant (this gem!) during burger week, 2022. This was my fourth burger of the week, and the best by far! All of our food was amazing! And all of the staff was super friendly! We will be returning to this restaurant again and again on a regular basis. Loved it! ❤️

Love this place! Went there for the first time after living here almost 10 years and well definitely be back. Very friendly and efficient service and food was good and well priced. We went for breakfast. Only downfall is Sunday is typically our breakfast with family meet up but they are not open Sundays.

Good food, portions, service, prices ... and excellent house coffee.I eat there often. Servers are fast and work hard. Never had a bad meal.

First trip to a local landmark. Got the signature burger and fries and was not disappointed. Daily specials offer many options. Can't wait to go back.

Since I have never had chicken paprikash before, I had to try it. Tasteless.My friend had grilled pork chops with California Medley veggies and au gratin potatoes. It was a nice serving and pretty tasty.Service was friendly but couldn’t get her attention to get a water refill. We were the only customers at 3pm.

A great example of a dying breed of a classic American home style restaurant.Not fancy. Very nice. The "Rustic" theme is true to form and the menu isn't missing anything you expect and has a number of things that just might surprise you.Don't expect tapas or sushi here. Expect great daily specials, good soups, breakfast, all in an atmosphere that's getting harder to find these days.We will be going back

I found this place from a recommendation by my dentist. It's a small place but it's fantastic! You seat yourself, the waitresses are right there with coffee and a smile to greet you. I haven't been able to drink more than a 1/2 cup of my coffee before my food is on the table. The food is great, hot and plentiful and all at a good price. Highly recommended!

This was the first time that my friend and I ate at your restaurant. The food was tasty but our server was quite rude. I have a lot of food allergies and when I asked her a question regarding a menu item, she rolled her eyes at me and answered me quite sarcastically. When she brought our food to us she rudely said " Elbows off the table, food coming." She said this in a very condescending manner. She also flung the check at my friend. She also never asked us how our food was or if we wanted anything else. I did call and voiced my complaints to the owner. I was kind of surprised that he did not offer a credit or gift card towards a future visit. I would like to eat there again and give your restaurant another chance. Thank you.

If you are looking for a place to become a regular, this could very well be that special place for you as the clientele and staff seems to get along very well. The menu is extensive and full of options that span from the simplest of sandwiches to time intensive home cooked meals. I love the french fries because they don't come out greasy at all and stay crisp throughout the meal. I also appreciate the realistic portion sizes on breakfast and lunch items that we've had. Rustic restaurant location stands out in this area among the sea of corporate fast food and sit down establishments that I try to avoid. I enjoy rustic restaurant very much and plan to return.

Upon greeting our hostess had a very curt attitude when she flippantly welcomed us. She offered to take our drink order and then threw the straws onto the table. Luckily, we had another person/waitress come over to take our order and she ended up waiting on us with attention and care. This waitress was much more professional with a kind and attentive demeanor. Given the rude mannerism of the hostess - we will never return for service here and I would recommend you don't either. People deserve to be treated better than what this establishment has to offer. The host is the person who sets the tone - and this young woman was a disgrace.

Food is good but waitresses are rude and rarely check in on you for drinks or if you need anything. The rude tone that we have experienced more than 4 or 5 visits will cause is to go elsewhere.
