Ordered online and went to pick it up. After waiting for 10 mins at the speaker someone finally came to speaker after i said i was there for a online order u could hear her sigh into the mic and didn't say anything so i assumed that meant go the window. No one came to window or said anything to us. We got our food 10 mins later and our large fry box was maybe half full. Waited 20 minutes for a online order. And we were the only ones there!

I waited 45 minutes to get through the line for them to shut the lights off on me while i’m saying hello 20 minutes before they closed. I went to the window and they were all laughing because i waited 45 minutes in a power outage and they didn’t even have the decency to come to the window to say they were closed. Most unprofessional and disgusting location I have been too. I was picking up a Doordash order and walked in on a worker stuffing her face full of chicken nuggets and proceeded to stare me down for 5 minutes and ignored me when I politely attempted to ask about the status of my Doordash order considering the place was empty. Her name was julia by the way.

Every time I come in here they give me a hard time about a senior cup of coffee ☕ and when I ask for a refill they deny it which don't make any sense at all they all need to be retrained including the general manager I came and it wasn't no coffee made manager's cussing that's not professional

Was at the drive thru a few days ago. Kye didn’t say one word, not a hello or have a nice day. I greeted them, said thank you etc and no words were said back to me. Customer service is very important to me. I worked in retail for years so I know how it is. You are who people see at the drive thru so at the very least say hello.
