This is the cleanest Wendy's in the area. The staff is always polite and helpful. They also always have nice decorations for the Christmas season, plus they still play Christmas music after the 25th which is cool. The food is always hot and fresh. 5 stars all around.

Around 640 pm Sunday 12/28 manager on duty was screaming and pointing her pen in the guy on registers face.
As a manger it is your duty to help your crew, it’s not their job to do everything in the restaurant and get yelled at when they fall behind. Absolutely disgusting I didn’t even eat my food there I ended up leaving & I feel absolutely awful my child saw this happened to an employee this is not how anyone should be treated. You don’t treat people like that regardless if you feel they need to do better or not. I will be calling corporate but it is closed at this moment.
I walked into the lobby today and ordered 2 meals a biggie bag and then 2 bacon cheese burger the jr ones and I asked for no mayo and the lady still put mayo on them and then was so rude when she had to get 2 more without mayo on it very unprofessional. And then got loud and said I never said no mayo when I said no mayo twice . And then asked me if they would just be okay I am in fact allergic to mayo very unprofessional and the door was locked on one side of the lobby so I had to go to the other side.

Save yourself the time and don’t go to this location at night. Stopped to get my son the food he wanted, waited 5 minutes for nuggets that weren’t even the spicy ones we ordered. Also the sandwich was wrong 😐

Just got home with my meal to find uncooked bacon on both my burgers. Drove all the way back up there and heard the manager tell the employee that it was because the oven/griddle had just been fixed. Admitting that they put UNCOOKED bacon on both my sandwiches. i waited around 20 minutes for them to remake my 2 JBC's. STAY AWAY.

Seems like staff is on some kind of substance with how they're acting, food came out so burnt it's inedible, looks unclean, and they aren't answering phones to fix the issues they've caused. Laughable service.

The worst fast food place ever. Go on my break sometimes and get the same thing everytime, always missing some items and when asking for them- the attitude of the workers is disgusting. Was told today what I usually order is not a thing and they can’t just take the bun off the sandwich for me, they literally could not comprehend how they could do this. Told me to pull up after spending awhile to them explaining to just put the patties and everything else in bag except the bun. Told them I literally had a gluten allergy and cannot have the bread and heard them all laugh in the back. Will probably never be back. Everyone there hates their lives and jobs and take it out on everyone else.

Recently went there and ordered breakfast via the app, and was still given the wrong drink twice. The first time, the worker actually caught his mistake, which I appreciated, b/c didn’t even notice. After receiving which should’ve been the correct drink, I realized when I got home that my drink was regular vs diet, and my blood sugar went through the roof. I don’t understand how someone cannot perform the most basic entry level job, especially when it’s literally on the screen right in front of you. I honestly know that my cat has the skillset to press the right button on the screen.
Wendy’s needs to do better, the workers at this particular location seem to have an array of issues and lack the skillset to work with the public. This happened before the 8 AM hour so someone clearly had a rough night.

Placed a mobile order got there and still waited 30+ mins. Ordered bacon burgers chili frostys.
No bacon on burgers chili was nothing but barely cooked beans the frostys were just foam…

My girl caught one of the workers at the window, which was a guy taking a picture of her credit card with his back turned so she wouldnt notice today. Today is September 14th. She left from there around 4 to 5pm. I keep calling the store and someone is answering but no one speaks. They then proceeds to hang up. She just had to cancel her card because someone's parent raised a thief. I will continue to blow up yall line until bro gets fired. Charges will be pressed if he attempts to use the card.
