I came here with my husband for lunch. I wasn't very hungry and knew I couldn't eat much. Their display shows an 8oz, 12oz, and 16oz size. I asked if I could get the 8oz size. They said sure, no problem. When we went to check out, they charged me for the 12oz size. I pointed out that I did not get the 8oz size and they just shrugged. They did not offer to charge me less for the smaller size or give me the difference. After tasting the soup (broccoli cheddar) it was clear there is no cheddar in this soup. It is made out of fake, processed cheese and tasted exactly like melted velveeta. I can't believe we wasted $20 here. I couldn't eat this disgusting soup and I didn't bother to ask for a different kind since they were so apathetic about charging me - I was certain they would have charged me for a substitution. I know o could have tasted it before hand, but I've never had bad broccoli cheese soup before and for this price and restaurant, I had high expectations that it would be good. My husband eats literally everything and he tasted it and told me not to take it home - he wouldn't eat it either. What a waste.

Husband and I went to this location just a few minutes ago and were not greeted while we stood and watched two young ladies standing there doing nothing while the gentleman was the only one working on something else. Once we walked to the register to see if we could order. I had to ask the young lady “Are you ready”? Because she still didn’t say anything us (while staring me straight in the eyes). This was right after another couple (who didn’t look like us) were served. My husband and I acknowledge that we look like we aren’t from around here (if you catch my drift). However, we deserved to be asked if we needed anything. We are the customer in fact. The one star is for the gentleman who was pleasant enough to say something to us (ironically, he looks like he isn’t from around here either). Something needs to be done about this! I never thought a soup chain would need to give its employees sensitivity training.

The customer service was decent, we were served by Lizzie who is apparently a regional manager. She was friendly and helpful but when ordering she incorrectly charged us. We got 2 pick 2 combos and a kids mac and cheese and she charged one combo as 2 individual entrees which added almost 10 dollars to the total. Accidents happen so it wasn't a big deal. I let her know and she said she'd correct it and took the receipt. Our food came out quick and everything that was supposed to be hot was cold. Both the kids mac and the bacon mac were cold in the middle and the tomato soup was room temperature at best. The sandwich had black, gross avocado and random ice cold pieces of chicken. The garden salad had toppings that were not listed on the menu like hard boiled egg crumbles, spinach and cheese. Before leaving I asked for the receipt back and Lizzie asked how the food was. I was honest about the experience and she offered to comp the meal which was very kind since we didn't eat the majority of the food.

Very friendly people great service but the sandwich I got was sloppy and disgusting did not even taste like any form of chicken. But the soups that I had to choose from most of them had a thick layer of sludge on the top from being over temperature all day and the soup and sandwich I ended up getting made me sick for 2 days. I will not be trying them again.

I ordered 10 meals to be delivered to a spa for a bachelorette weekend. I live in MD and randomly picked this restaurant because it was close to the spa. I’m glad I did! Food was GREAT. Everyone was raving about the different sandwich and salad options we got. Everything was packaged great and delivered on time! I highly recommend!

DO NOT GO HERE!! This place is very unprofessional and care nothing about their guests. I came to this restaurant yesterday and they were closed at 4pm in the afternoon when they were clearly supposed to be open per the listed hours. I come the next day and they are open, but as you noticed in the picture, I couldn't try a fountain drink because the manager had taken down all the drinks an hour before closing so that she could "clean the machines and remake the drinks" Which was a complete LIE. When I first came in the restaurant, she was in some dingy blue jeans and t shirt. Just before 245, she went to her car and got a change of clothes and came out looking like she was a manager at a real restaurant. So then it made perfect sense... She was compromising the needs of the restaurant, so she could go out with her man immediately after work, or go to a job Interview. Smh. Sad and Embarrassing. I won't ever come back to this location. Waste of money and poor experience. WORST OF ALL... HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. I hope the owner sees this and not the GM. Cause this place needs NEW MANAGEMENT
