I stopped in this morning and purchased a pancake wrap. I bit into it when I got home. Tasted like burnt plastic! All of the kids working there were great! There is a serious issue with the equipment. This could potentially make someone sick (or even worse). I hope the owner reads this and addresses it immediately!
This location in particular’s pricing is much higher than every other Dunkin. My latte at this location is more expensive than Starbucks lol. That was the whole point of using Dunkin, a cheaper alternative to Starbucks. But if it’s the same price or more, I’ll go back to Starbucks instead. Or use Ravenna Dunkin which is $2 less for my drink.

There donuts are the freshest of the Dunkin's I got, but there coffee is not always that good, it would probably be better if it was made with the amount of flavor and creamer I ask for because some employees do an it's very enjoyable.
