Amerasia is a small family-owned restaurant with warm greetings, fast service, and reasonably priced, very good food. The Hot And Sour Soup and Egg Drop Soup are top-notch, while the Vegetable Egg Rolls and Crab Rangoon are standard. The Almond Boneless Chicken is excellent, with crispy breading and savory gravy on the side. Cashew Chicken is flavorful with a good amount of chicken and cashews, and the Kung Pao Chicken is above average. The delivery service offers hot and tasty dishes, with delicious shrimp puffs, Wonton soup, and Fried Rice. Prices have slightly increased, but the fresh ingredients and delicious dishes are worth it.
