The pretzels are praised for their freshness and deliciousness. Customers have enjoyed the cinnamon sugar bites, the original pretzels with frosting and nacho cheese dip, and the cinnamon sugar jumbo pretzel with caramel dip. The pretzels are described as crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and absolutely delicious, making them the best pretzels around.
