I rarely leave bad reviews, but my recent visit to Red Robin in rib mountain was frustrating from start to finish. Our food came out wrong, the wait was far longer than it should’ve been ( over an hour just for the food)and when the bill finally arrived, it was incorrect as well. On top of that, some of the food we ordered never even made it to the table.

RR now makes you qualify (spend money) in advance to qualify for your free BIRTHDAY BURGER. Now instead of coming with a group and getting your free burger you basically pay in advance and then again when your group comes.
This has caused me to unsubscribe everything Red Robin and know that off all the Burger places there are, this will no longer be the one I go to.
Absolutely love this place. Our waitress this last visit was so great. Genna (Jenna with a G) she has a great personality and great customer service. Hopefully i get her again on my next visit. She needs a raise.
