My meal was fine...but as we were putting the other half of my mom's meal in a carry out box...we found a very long hair wrapped all throughout her pasta. Naturally I already paid for the entire meal and tipped. We told the waitress and got no discount...like half off her food since we left half of it there to be tossed. No voucher, reimbursement or gift card. Just an "I'm sorry." 🤢 Do better Chili's. If you mess up you gotta make it right. 👎

We had a great experience here. Our food was fantastic and our server was very attentive and helpful. Chili's is a wonderful place for a meal. The cost are reasonable and the food they give is ample.
