“Went for the first time Sunday 09/15 in the evening. Let me tell you, the parents of the two teenagers working last night should be proud. Very personable, informative and friendly. I believe Kaitlyn was the girl and the boy was Drako. They are star employees I would want working for me.
I have a young family, 2 toddlers and an infant. This place was perfect for us to come get away from Bellefontaine. I requested Drako make something special along side the rest of our order to get a nice variety. $75+ later and let me tell you— Drako can cook! Loved his version of a burger/fries and the ice cream/malts we had were crafted beautifully from Kaitlyn.
The rest of the hot food we tried (Philly, Shredded chicken, Coney, Fried mushrooms, Mozzarella sticks, Onion Rings) were pretty standard, bland and basic. Definitely not horrible but not worth ordering again for our flavor preference. Would give this place a 2 star if judging solely on that food selection. If you have a sensitive palette to seasoning, this would be perfect for you. Because of the staff, family friendliness and character— I’m rating a 4 star!
I highly recommend coming to spend family time/date night and getting the ice cream… maybe have the cook curate something special off the menu.
I implore the owners to give the kids a chance to make their own menu or featured dish of the week.
