This place is awesome and made my sons day!
Great place to chill, play cornhole, maybe putput and enjoy your day with ice cream, or a milkshake, or wings.
Pro's-The food is great. Thier hotdogs are fantastic. Best Onion Rings at the lake. The owner has done an outstanding job bringing this place back to life. Also, check out the Mini Golf and Batting Cages. Don't forget get a delicious Rootbeer float. Only con is some of the younger staff needs to be better trained in Customer Service.

The Root Beer Stand at Indian Lake offers a delightful dining experience, featuring high-quality burgers, hot dogs, hand-cut fries, and killer ice cream that surpass the offerings of corporate fast-food chains. Customers can conveniently order ahead online, ensuring their food is ready upon arrival. The restaurant's atmosphere and lakeside location make it a popular destination, with visitors able to enjoy a meal on-site or take it to go and savor it by the lake. Reviewers have praised the fresh-cut fries, Philly cheese steak, and strawberry sundae, while also noting the great service, hand-dipped milkshakes like butter pecan, and wide selection of root beer options, including Mug, IBC, and Barq's. The onion rings have also been highlighted as a standout menu item, with a crispy, well-battered exterior and a solid onion center. The updated batting cages and immaculate putt-putt course add fun activities for the whole family. Overall, The Root Beer Stand is a local gem that offers a nostalgic, old-time vibe, delicious made-to-order food, and an awesome atmosphere for families of all sizes.
