I should specify this is only with one location: 4 times I have ordered and received undercooked crunchy rice. This last time I decided to take it back and let them know instead of just throwing it away like usual. The response I received was “all of our rice is crunchy, we just had busses in”. ordered on line when we went to pick up food they did not have the order on their computer. i showed them the order and confirmation also where they took out our money would not give us our food or return our money. said nothing they could do so was ripped off 40 dollars from them. they left it to us to figure out. even though it was their mistake
