Good food, nice settings atmosphere, plenty of TV's. But again like anywhere else just seems a dollar or 2 over priced just my opinion. I dont mind premium prices at all as long as service and food is A+, mine was ok to good. I will say very generous with the sides, I upgraded to onion tanglers from frys and there was enough to feed 3 people. I had order wings to go some months ago and will say they was great as well. Would recommend for a good burger and would go back if wanting a good burger or sports bar vibe!

Service is extremely rude.

Absolutely rude on the phone. Was wanting to place a order on Door Dash for delivery. Since I am lactose intolerant and connot eat any cheese or butter on my burger, I was needing them to remove it for me.

Without listening what I initially said, the person who answered said I need to pay extra on the door dash for add ons. Since when is taking something off, adding something.

When I explained to her, that I am taking things of and the door dash app doesn't allow me, she said that I need to do it strictly on the door dash app. Thank goodness I haven't proceeded with my order yet.

Thank you to your hospitality. It's truly a health related concern that gets overlooked. Lactose intolerance is a serious health issue.

My wife and I went there after shopping on Black Friday. We asked to sit at a table so we could watch college football. We were stuck in a corner and couldn't see. I asked to me moved and was told they have a chart and can't deviate from it so we had to sit there. I asked why not move us and the next people can sit there. They stated the rules forbid them from doing that. So in your case, the customer is not always right. We went to Osaka Steak House instead. Your loss was our gain and I will advise my friends that if you want to be treated properly go someplace else.

It was just ok. I guess we expected a bit more considering the prices. $18 for a sandwich and fries with an upcharge to substitute sweet potato fries. The cheesesteak was decent, nothing special. The fish sandwich would have been good if it was cooked all the way through, but , sadly it wasn't. The sweet potato fries came with a nice dipping sauce, but they were cold and limp. All in all, probably won't be back.

Employee working the bar area was rude and dismissive when I arrived to receive a Doordash order, had the order pulled up on my phone and had the customer on the phone with them and I was told there was no order and I needed to leave. Offered zero help with the situation and was quick to have me leave the restaurant.

Sucks I would of enjoyed flushing my money away instead of eating this crap.

Refused to cook a burger to medium rare. The burger and fries we did get were worth about $7, not $16. Flavorless aside from the grilled onion. Fries were overdone and poorly seasoned. Atmosphere was great if you're into gray and freezing with acoustics that made the 30 TVs running different sporting events an incomprehensible noise farm. Burger lovers: Go to West Texas Roadhouse. More affordable and the food has flavor.

We visited the St. Clairsville location on 9/7/24. Unfortunately, I cannot even comment on the food. We got seated at 5:30 and at 5:45 we still had no waitress or waiter at our table. After even waiting a little longer we decided to get up and leave. We informed the hostess that we were leaving and she just looked at us and let us walk out. It was terrible service. We went down the street to Longhorn which never disappoints.

This was our first time eating there really enjoyed our burgers and those homemade fresh French fries the prices are a little high but will definitely return again all American burger and Texan burger our waitress Anna was very nice and attentive

Great service everytime I stop here. Great food and a load of fries. Your not going home hungry.
