The customer service at the Meadowbrook Mall was excellent. They were patient while answering all of our questions and helped explain things/flavors/options to my young boys. One son got the taro milk tea with boba, another got the Superman ice cream in the bubble waffle, and I got the black raspberry fudge ice cream in a cup. Fantastic!!! We didn't like what we got and the manager swapped it out without question for our regular order. A+++ service!! A+++ attitude!
This place is nice yo syop by for a quick treat. The boba and rolled icecream are both delicious and the man who attended to us was courteous.
