This is the worst Panera experience that I've had in a while - the problems appeared to be due to (mis)management.They seemed to be understaffed. In the 30+ minutes that I was there, I only saw 3 people, and all appeared to be high school aged kids. This would be fine, except that they weren't initiative takers. I was there 5/10/2023 at like 7:30am I went through the drive through and order the Cinnamon Toast Crunch coffee and let me tell you it’s amazing and the girl in the drive through was amazing as well.

Oh it's beautiful inside out. Enough parking, food was great.. service was even better. Very attentive and sweet staff. The guy with the tattoos went extra and even brought our food to the table. We loved this place.
