Great American Cookies

I placed an order for a double doozie cookie cake the day before I’d be picking it up. The employee I spoke to was very helpful and patient while going over options. The location was easy to get to in the mall and the order was ready upon my arrival. The staff that day were friendly and best of all, the cake turned out exactly as ordered and delicious. I’d highly recommend this location!

$55 on a cake that is incorrect. Manager flippantly said this has never happened so she doesn’t know what to do. Google reviews show that is a lie.

Grandchildren loved the cookies.

I absolutely love their smoothies!! They make the best ones in the valley and I think ive tried them all.

We called 24 hours in advance to have a cookie cake made we got there still had to wait cake was not finished and then when she showed the cake to the person that was picking it up she had started to spell the name and just had it x at that time well my grandson's name is X'zavier they was told three times three different times how to spell this name and they spelled it x ' g a v i e r was the laughing stock of the party my grandbabies 4th birthday cake was ruined and all they can tell me was that they was sorry and they was busy and I've replied how is that my problem that you were busy when I ordered my cookie cake plenty of time it should have been done

I have never had a stale cookie here. The ladies who work there are always friendly and are always open to conversation.

I called in an order, went to get it the next day when it was needed and it was never made

Always love having fresh cookies here. My kids especially enjoy the shortcake and the birthday cake cookies!

Okay its not exactly a restaurant and its a little pricey, but its worth every penny! Somehow the Great American Cookies is here at the mall and I'm glad that they are.Never disappointments!
