It takes SO long to get your food. There is a really nice staff worker named Thomas. He is the sweetest. I see people sitting on their phones in the back when they have orders to make. It is very unorganized.

In Sr clairsville oh.We waited 15 minutes for someone to wait on us, then a half hour for our food that we pd for ($31.00). Then our order was wrong. We were 3 sandwiches wrong n 1 not even there. So I do believe I will not be patronizing this McDonald's again thank you very much !!!!!

This McDonald’s used to be on it with fast servicing…. And it’s honestly one of the slowest ones around. I don’t know if they don’t have enough workers…. Or management changed. But to have someone pull up to a window or pulling off to the side in the takeout lane over a damn coffee. It’s really nonsense……. I hope some changes are made with this location. It’s going down hill.
