Terrible listening skills, my orders been jacked up the past 4 times I've come here, missing food, wrong food & I take the time to say I want sauce in a cup NOT a packet & offer to pay for it, yet some of the workers think its funny putting mayo packets in cups or giving me packets. If I'm paying for it I want what I asked for & I know it can't be that hard to do since I'm gettting the same sauce on my sandwhich...this wendy's is getting to be just as horrible as Elm Grove.

Wendy's provides a welcoming atmosphere, with friendly staff and hot, tasty food. Despite some delays in the drive-thru, orders are accurate and staff are apologetic. The restaurant is kid-friendly, with great kids' meals, and has wheelchair accessibility on the first floor with handicapped parking. Overall, it's a nice place to visit, with some room for improvement in service speed.
