I am not a lemonade fan, but I was told that it was a must and it definitely did not disappoint. It’s hard to find a good child friendly clean restaurant with amazing service and hardworking people. “as a chinese american alum from denison, this place was #my second home. so hear me out.precovid (2016-2019 dine-in, take out review)i think this is probably the best you can get in a college town of thats so white and so far away from everything.you gotta be strategic when ordering because i've been here so many times, so many. yet i haven't tried the whole menu.chinese cuisine isn't general tso, "lo-mein", or crab rangoon. so getting that for myself is an insult to my chinese roots.but i give dragon village props because they are AGAIN tailoring to another ethnicity that has a very warp perception of chinese food.i recommend the egg and shrimp, mapo tofu, scallion beef, FRIED DUMPLINGS; not boiled, with the sauce on the side, and their yang chow fried rice.their beef and CHINESE broccoli is also really good.my recommendations are probably the safest and most delicious food on the menu/"secret not so secret menu" FOR more experienced mouths.i want to come back when i'm back in ohio to give them some love and anything for nostalgia.pictures are from 2016-2019.“

“SO VERY DISAPPOINTED! We live over in West Lafayette. A few weeks back I tried Mai Chau at Wooly Pig Brewery. Loved the Noodle Bowl so much, I bought three to take home. The 2 employees that were working the food truck were awesome! They really talked this place up & said you really need to come visit us in Granville. We don’t go to Columbus very often, but we had to this weekend & on the way home we stopped to get a noodle bowl to go - 1 noodle bowl. The girls up front told me they don’t do takeout on F & S🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ Really! So, I could have went in, sat down ordered a bowl and then said I’d like a to go container! After telling them we stopped at the suggestion of other employees they did not do anything to accommodate or even try to. They could of asked a manager. Sad, especially like I said, I could have went in, sat down etc etc. I’m trying to find on their FB page where it states no take out on F & S 🤷🏻‍♀️“

I need to amend my review. Today myself (67, a young and techie sort of elderly who goes frequently), and my two much more elderly neighbors went, they had not been there in a long time. My one neighbor/friend was confused as to what white sauce was, and what brown sauce was. I tried to help her, but she didn't seem to understand that whatever is listed is going to be what comes with the dish, and she also couldn't seem to understand what he was saying. I am familiar with his accent and don't have any trouble.

Anyway, she was trying to explain to the man (owner?) about what she wanted, and he was cross with her, and you could tell he was cross, by looking at his face. He tends to be very fast, and efficient, which is fine by me, but he needs to be kinder (and more patient), with the elderly. She was very upset with how he acted, and how he would just dash off immediately. He needs to work on his people skills, just saying.“

“I stayed at the DoubleTree which is attached to the restaurant. I did carry-out. I got the meatloaf griller with Parmesan herb fries and brussel sprouts. They were all very delicious. I topped off my meal with a piece of their carrot cake. The carrot cake had caramel drizzle and whipped cream with a candied pecan on top. It was very rich! I spent $34 on the meal.The restaurant itself is a bar style set up with a few booths.There is a Starbucks attached to the hotel as well.“

“It was SOOOOOOO loud in the restaurant. I am 100% in favor of it being fun and casual. There is just no soundproofing at all and it was packed! Had to wait 20 minutes to seat our family of 6 on a busy Friday early dinner (5:15p). Not from area so don't know if this is the normal amount here but definitely seemed to be a lively place to be.\nCami C took our drink order quickly and after an acceptable amount of time came back for our orders with a refill of my sons drink with her. \nFood was quick to come out and all prepared exactly how we wanted it. \nThe noise level inside made my review teeter toward 3 stars because it was sometimes impossible to communicate to each other...\nBut Cami rescued the night with her amazing customer service. Our drinks never ran out, which is hard to do when six people are drinking at different rates.\nDon't know what they can do to make the place less noisy but they can definitely keep people coming back with good customer service.“

Seating nothing fancy, menu simple, but everything is super tasty. shrimp platter was very garlic heavy so be aware but the flavors were very appropriate. Just know its is very garlicky. My friends all got the fish tacos so maybe they know something I don't, and I will order those next time. Might try their breakfast sometime too. Simple and unfussy. Lots of items I'd like to try so I'll be going back the next time I am in Granville.“

“My family absolutely loves Texas Roadhouse in Newark. The kids were so excited to go there tonight. My daughter and I both always order the 6oz and 8oz sirloin and my little one orders the bites. We were very disappointed to find out after our order came out that they were completely out of A1. We always eat A1 with our steak. My steak had zero seasoning. Yes I could have sent it back but for personal reasons that is not an option for me. The manager happen to come around as I was boxing up all our steak and was very apologetic and said that their shipment must have not arrived. I totally understand that things are delayed but we would have ordered something else if we had known.“

“The team at the Donatos, under the leadership of Brian, did an incredible job preparing pizzas for our recent large catering order. We could not be more impressed. He was easy, quick and concise with all the communication leading up to the event. When we arrived to pick it up, all the pizzas were ready, fresh and hot, with easy boxes for transporting as well as plates and napkins. We could not recommend them enough, and had an easy Friday night thanks to their hard work.“

“I live in Mount Vernon Ohio and I drive all the way to North just to get their Pizza. Their Pizza is completely covered in pepperoni and cooked to a crispy perfection. We finally got a Pizza Cottage in Mount Vernon where I am from in the service is horrible as you can see on the reviews I live 10 minutes from Mount Vernon Pizza Cottage I ordered a pizza they told me it would be ready in 20 minutes this is when they very first opened at 11:00 in the morning. I got there within 10 minutes was very surprised that my pizza was ready. When they handed me the Box through the window I found it odd that it was cold. When I got home the pizza was cold as though it had been refrigerated overnight and they didn't even take the time to reheat it it just gave it to me as a cold leftover from last night I'm not joking it was literally refrigerated cold the pizza crust was super rubbery from being stored in the refrigerator. The customer service there is appalling. I will continue to drive to Newark from Mount Vernon to get the greatest Pizza in the world from that Pizza Cottage. Even by the time I get home from there my pizza was hotter than it was from Mount Vernon where I lived 10 minutes away nor have I ever been given cold leftover night pizza from Pizza Cottage of Newark. I would recommend them a thousand times over great customer service very clean restaurant great food always. Mount Vernon is the worst I would never recommend it to anybody not with their childish behavior on the inside nor their cold leftover pizza they didn't even bother to heat up before giving it to me when they first opened. Hopefully it closes down before it gets Pizza Cottage a bad name“
