I’ve been a loyal customer here for years and have likely visited over 500 times, spending thousands of dollars over that time. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was the worst I’ve had here and it left me extremely disappointed with how the situation was handled by management.

Horrible experience. We called at 11:30am for a party of 12 and we were told they weren’t busy and they would set up a table for us. We arrived at noon and it wasn’t very busy but continued to get busier as we sat and waited. We put in our order at 12:30 and waited until 1:45 for our food. We asked our waitress a couple of times if our food was coming and she said they were plating it and we continued to wait.
