The employee was new, she was very nice. She needed better training. She had a line of people and wasn't sure what she was doing. She tried very hard. She was very nice. Just didnt have the proper training to be left alone. Poor management. I felt bad for the employee left to send for herself.
Got a Caramel Brulee latte and Noah the barrister was kind, quick with my coffee, and was great to talk with while he made my coffee! Latte tasted amazing
