Today for lunch I ordered from chipotle and had it delivered through door dash. When I got my order I opened it up and my bowl was half full! How does this even happen. I guess if you want a full bowl you have to actually go into the store and watch them make it.

Went to pick up order at the window. The worker was really nasty to me that I had to go inside and pick up my DoorDash order. “ sorry it’s the stores policy” as she cocked her head and rolled her eyes. Not a problem, but no need to be so rude!
Ordered a Steak burrito bowl and got no steak at all.
Ordered two bowls with chicken rice and sour cream and I open it and there’s ten pounds of beans and everything other then what I asked for, lazy

Very rude people who don't do their jobs very well. I've NEVER had a problem at ANY Chipotle BUT this one. Sad too cause in Salem there isn't many options.

Only reason I'm giving 1 star is cause I can't give none everytime I order from the salem store and pick it up my order is wrong today I order 21 chicken 1 steakbowl and a teak burrito all double meat none had double meat no lettuce no fajita veggies on the burrito neither the red or green sauce or cheese on the burrito I drive back to the reastaurant for the manager today to tell me he can't make the steak burrito or bowl cause they have no steak and there is 2 hours before they close so I ask for a refund he say he can't do that I have to go on line I ask for the corporate number he sates there is none just the one on the card wich is to place an order at this store this is the last time I go to the salem store and I will make sure everyone knows how they treat customers

Don't care how busy you are, clean the dining tables. Nearly everytime I come in here, ALL the tables are gross. Food on them. Smeared. And service is extremely slow. Do better.

I was just reminded why I haven't eaten Chipotle in the past 6 years... the chicken is of extremely poor quality in my opinion. Regular chicken burrito and honestly every bite was gristle. I don't expect perfect chucks of chicken breast in every bite but, yikes, I felt like I was eating the stuff other restaurants throw out. If I can make it another 6 years without eating this crap again, I'll be doing ok. Update- this garbage made me sick for over 24 hours. How is This company so popular, let alone still in business?

have yet to have a decent meal from this place. u pay $12 for a burrito that’s gone in 3 bites. everything is always stale, the rice is crunchy, and the meat is 98% fat and gristle. i will drive the extra half hour to canfield if i really want chipotle from now on
