this Starbucks is seriously the best. They understand what good customer service is which I appreciate so much. All the workers are always very friendly. They are quick and they make things right if they mess up. Keep up the good work
Starbucks was so wonderful at the Salem location. Ashton was absolutely fantastic.
This or the other Coffee specialty shop in Calcutta is my go-to,Cheat day reward. But when I filed a complaint on a recent visit. I was advised that no coupons were available for me at that time? Seriously! I drop $40 to $50 a week at StarBucks. Mail me a coupon. Not a really difficult task.

Starbucks Coffee Company is a go-to place for many. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere is pleasant. Customers enjoy drinks like the peppermint frappe, caramel frappe, and mango dragonfruit with lemonade. The location has a drive-thru and offers free refills on ice coffee and hot coffee. It's a great place to meet friends, work on computers, or just hang out. Some popular items include the protein boxes and pumpkin iced coffee. Despite some issues with coupons, the overall experience is positive, making it a recommended spot to revisit. The service is generally good, and the drinks are made perfect.
