My nephew wanted some fries from his go to place & I wanted to try out their holiday pie. It is a subtle flavor & tasty but so festively decorated. It has a golden custard inside & I believe there is a hint of vanilla in there as well. It's said to say that even though it's first appearance on the McDonald's menu in 1999 I've never tried it till now. I only wish I had grabbed a hot coffee with it. But I'll be getting one next year to celebrate the season & maybe with an eggnog latte!

Currently this location is under remodel in the dinning area which there was nothing wrong in my eyes, but with the closure of the lobby they have creates a safety hazard and log jam in the parking lot considering rhere volume of buisness and let's face it people are not courteous in the drive threw I had someone threaten me because I shook my head when they was speeding through the parking lot and almost hit an elderly lady.

They tried to give me a half wrapped cheeseburger in a ripped bag. The dining room needs cleaned badly.
Whenever I order on DoorDash from this place, they always forgot something unfortunately. The last 3 times they’ve forgotten and entire sandwich. Be careful

When I pay almost 25 dollars for fish sandwiches and large fries I would expect them to be a little better quality and not be rubbery and barely warm you expect me to pay way more but you don’t want to raise the quality standards at all such a disappointment

I've visited over 30 Mcdonald locations all over Ohio this summer. I can tell you the food and service in Salem Ohio is a cut above the rest! And I'm not talking just one visit. Or one time of the day....I'm talking consistently day in day out! Take a bow Salem McDonald's Employees and Managers, you deserve the recognition ?
