Was eating and found a hair in my sausage gravy. Made me throw up had to throw our whole order away. Will never go there again. Tried to call they would not answer and I have to work and can't stay on the phone all day wil them.

Highly recommend customers check there McDonald’s receipt have noticed they have charged several times for tax made the order through the drive-through that is against the law, they are only allowed to tax when you dine in

I am a lover of all things McDonald’s but I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with my orders recently. I am always very excited for an ice cold drink to be handed to me at the drive though but instead recently I’ve been given a Luke warm one with 2 pieces of ice that melt into the drink before I am even given the chance to take a sip. This is an easy fix please McDonald’s stop giving me warm water filled sprite.

I went to the drive thru for lunch. I ordered a Big Mac and one bottle of water. The girl at pick up said I was to get two bottles of water. Can u check if I got charged for 2? She reacted as if she had no idea and couldn’t do anything about it. I just took the two. My Big Mac was so loaded with sauce I could hardly eat it. I threw half of it away. Terrible lunch

I went through the drive-thru and just ordered a sweet tea with light ice. Received a full cup of ice and a little tea. The girl was a little huffy when I said I wanted light ice. She dumped the tea out filled the cup with half ice and the rest with tea. Not sure she knows what light ice is. I can't have my drink ice-cold.

I have ordered here a few times, every time they forget something or give me the wrong order. I got delivery today, they forgot a LARGE smoothie, gave me blueberry instead of apple pie (without even telling me), lukewarm stale fries even though they switched to lunch not long before.
