I usually love the pizza even if the jojos are a joke! I ordered large veggie pizza for pick up n it was terrible. Im a crustie lol but this crust was so dry and overcooked. Not enough sauce or veggies. Very disappointing.

Ordered a deep dish and got a cheese pizza for free. Not a dine in location but the cashier was awesome. It was my first time there. Also ordered chicken. Food was good and service was excellent

If I could give 0 stars I would. I originally learned of Romeos Pizza in salem off of one of the Salem, OH chats. On July 30th I placed an order at 6:52PM for delivery. My order never came. I went to the store and there was a note that said due to the heat they were closed. I reached out through there contact us form and received 3 different stories as to why they closed and the one manager said they closed at 7. This would have been 8 minutes after my order went through! I was then told that the store couldnt control what the owner did with online orders and that the note on the door is the only explanation that the store owes anyone after I suggested they also utilize social media to alert the community of any closings and it would take 10 to 14 days for my refund to be processed. Here it is August 19th and still no refund!
I have also reached out to there corperate office with no reposnse there either.

Edit: It has now been 24 days since my order was put in and I have yet to hear anything back from Romeos corperate office in regards to the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE that happened after the store closed early and my credit card was still processed. Ot has been 23 days and I still have not received my refund. I am posting screenshots of what you can expect customer service wise from the Salem store.

Ordered online at 6:30 the other day. Said you were open, charged me, & gave me a pick up time & confirmation email. Shop was closed when I arrived??? To fix this 2 days later, I get a refund in 10 days!!! I’d rather had the pizza I ordered but my call wasn’t returned.

I order often from Romeo's Pizza in Salem and I've never had a problem until the last 2 orders and they were a week apart. I let it go when my pizza wasn't right the first time, but when they did it again I called to speak with the manager. I have never delt with such an unprofessional and horrible attitude ever. When I placed my order I asked for them to make sure my pizza was well done ,and I let the person taking the order know that I could have received 20% but ordering on line ,but I wanted to make sure that the pizza was well done ,so i wanted to speak to them personally to make sure it was done right. He repeated it back to me. I go get my pizza after having a crazy day and just leaving the hospital, and I get home, and my pizza is no were near well done just like last time. The manger told me that on her end there was no order for well done. I told her fine that I would keep the pizza because she pretty much was saying I was lying, and told me she would make a note for all of my pizzas to be well done from now on. I don't get all of my pizzas well done because some people that i have as guest don't like their's well done, but I wasn't going to keep talking to such an unprofessional manager ,at that point. I then remembered I had the reciept which i forget about ,due to being in a rush ,so I called back and told her that I had the receipt and it sure enough said extra bake. She yelled at me and told me to bring in the receipt which I'm sure she didn't think I had ,because alot of people don't request receipts. I also took a pic of the pizza to show her. I had my son go in with the receipt ,and like she told me to do ,and had my son show her the picture. I would have gone in myself, but i haven't been feeling well. My big problem here is that the manger never even apologized, and had immediate attitude, and acted like i was lying . When my son talked to her she told him we may as well give up on trying to get a free pizza. First of all I don't complain unless it's more than once or absolutely horrible service. If I was worried about the money I would have ordered on line and saved the 20% or waited until the days they run specials. I know mistakes happen ,but this was absolutely unacceptable with the way this manager acted. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. I would give them a 0 stars if I could.

I love the food and service is always good. My only problem with the Salem location is that I live only 9 minutes & work only 10 minutes away but they will not deliver to either location. All the other pizza shops will but they will not and my problem is we prefer their pizza!!! They could definitely make more money if they delivered more than 6 to 7 minutes from their shop.
