I ordered the new street chalupa. Opened them to virtually nothing on them but sauce. Went back through to have it corrected and they handed me another pair of sloppy sauce tortillas. They seemed mighty offended I even ordered the food. Pictures are of what I ordered and what they were replaced with.

Kudos to the manager tonight who was willing to help an old lady place an online delivery order for my daughter who has been in hospital and was hungry and broke. I'm not good with apps and such and you were so kind and patient..I appreciate you! My daughter was so grateful and happy. Thanks for helping me to show up for her❤️

Seriously contemplating never coming here again. Everytime I use the drive through my order is never right. I'll check their little screen when they ask if it is right and it will be but then I get my food and take it home AND ITS NEVER RIGHT. I never get the sauce packets I ask for either. If I order 3 Doritos Locos Tacos with meat, cheese, and sour cream only I would like them to not be over flowing with lettuce when I get home 7 minutes down the road.
Would rate it better if management took care of customers properly. It’s a shame how bad the business has gotten within the last year or so.

The owners of this place needs to check there managers. If I could show video proof I would. Numourous times multiple days around 2am they have all lights off in the surrounding making it look as if they are closed . I know that's what they are doing. Most the ladies look drugged out anyways. Check your employees. They are using this tactic to not have to work. They don't forget to turn the lights on.. it gets dark at 5 30 pm now.

I have only been at this taco bell twice. Both times my order was not right. Food was not made right and missing items. When I brought it to their attention, the girl told me she put everything in the bag. I showed I was missing items and was pissed she had to fix it. When I spend 60.00 on a meals for my family, I expect to get what I pay for.
