Ordered or food and it wasn't wrapped right and all the meat was dumped in the bottom of the bag... Immediately went back they drive thru and they acted like it was no big deal but replaced it. Luckily we looked before we left.

While my husband and I were there we ordered an 8 piece chicken and an 8 piece fish as well as coleslaw and a 12 pack of Cinnabon delights. We never received the coleslaw because Stormie C never rang it up with our order as well as ringing up 2 8 pieces of fish so we had to go back in to get our chicken and fresh fries because they were soggy. So after going back in the manager Frankie kept making excuses about how it wasn’t his fault but honestly he looked so high on something that I don’t think he was even on this planet anymore. But to top it all off upon arriving at home the Cinnabons are so stale it feels like they are a few days old. So until we see some improvement from this location we will not be returning. If we could give negative ratings we would because the service was just so awful that we are sickened by the thought of anyone eating their subpar food. Also we are almost positive we seen the manager smoking weed out be the front door very irresponsible when making food.

They had pretty slow service from what I saw, and gave some guy a cantina bowl when he ordered a Mexican pizza, then took the food she messed up, closed it up, and handed it out the window. Gotta be a health code safety violation.

I ordered the new street chalupa. Opened them to virtually nothing on them but sauce. Went back through to have it corrected and they handed me another pair of sloppy sauce tortillas. They seemed mighty offended I even ordered the food. Pictures are of what I ordered and what they were replaced with.
Kudos to the manager tonight who was willing to help an old lady place an online delivery order for my daughter who has been in hospital and was hungry and broke. I'm not good with apps and such and you were so kind and patient..I appreciate you! My daughter was so grateful and happy. Thanks for helping me to show up for her❤️
