I placed a mobile order and intended for it to be the Columbiana location, but I accidentally placed it at the Salem location. My app wouldn’t let me cancel it, so I called the Salem Wendy’s to ask for help. The lady I spoke with was so nice. They weren’t able to cancel it from their end, so I asked if I could just have my husband hurry up and drive to their location. She made sure the food wasn’t prepared until he got there so everything would be freshly made. The food...
