use to love this location but the staff has gone way down hill. They are rude most the time and they haven't been open the last 2 times I've been there before 8pm which is what the signs on their doors say they are open till. Today I was told"yeah we close at 6" no apology or anything that I placed an online or to pick up at 7 the night before and they were closed, when I went to pick it up. Absolutely zero customer service!!!!!!! I understand it’s hard to find help but this is ridiculous!!!!!!! I ordered a large drink got medium then after 10 minutes I get a small!!!! How does this happen!!!! Had to go inside to get I correct. Try harder !!!
