We came in for lunch today and our server Samone made us feel like we shouldn’t have even sat down. After 10 minutes we are greated she doesn’t say her name seems annoyed doesn’t smile, gets the drinks practically throws them at us, we ordered, but every time she came back to the table it was just a very hostile vibe. Like we were doing something wrong. Food was good though.

Best Applebees I have ever been served at. I walked in and was actually greeted with good spirits. Sat down and was served by Hollie which was such a kind soul and does really well at what she does. Crazy how just a little bit of positivity and being able to communicate with your customer can change a lot. Thank you guys keep up the good work there:)

Went for lunch. Madison was very quick and nice. The steak dinner I ordered was so much better than the steak from outback steakhouse it was comical. The price was decent too. Would try going again!

The servers were very nice and we were sat very quickly. My problem stems from the Bourbon street chicken that ended up giving me food poisoning. The restroom had a very strong chemical odor as well as a noticeable rotten smell seeping out of the kitchen when I walked past. The chicken looked pink inside but the window reflection made it hard to tell.
They got one star because Google made me...Monday night we stopped in I needed a booth because I blew out my knee the hostess said no she had to seat us at the next Is servers area we observed and empty restaurant with plenty of booths available..so Tuesday we decided to place an order to go it wasn't so bad they were rude when we picked it up but my Caesar chicken salad consisted of no chicken and the center of the lettuce I don't understand how they're in business between the rudeness of the servers and the poor quality of the food I'm confused

Food tasted great. Cheeseburger, French dip sandwich and boneless wings. Two things to note, the French fries were warm, not hot and our pretzel sticks appetizer came out half way through our meal. Food runner delivered our food to table and server was late on refilling our drinks. Noting this since it was not busy, 4 other crew members were standing around at the host station and entrance areas. Overall good experience. It was just not as efficient and the fries weren't hot this time.

We have been here before but the current staff is horrible. Was told it would be a 20-minute wait for two people because no tables were open even though there were over 20 to 30 Empty Tables. Sat at the bar waiting, they forgot about us and had to wait another 10 minutes even though they had all those Empty Tables. They had a lot of employees, but only the bartender and about three others were actually working. The rest were sitting around talking to each other. The food looked good but did not taste good like they hadn't cleaned their grill. It tasted like a burnt grill even though it didn't look like it. And the booths need the seat replaced. It felt like you're sitting on nothing but springs.
