We have never had a bad experience at this restaurant since it was newly remodeled. We've visited at lunch and dinner times. The dining area is well designed and has a modern feel. Having music playing and clean surroundings makes for an exceptional experience. Food is always delicious and the staff are friendly and very efficient.

The food here was disappointingly mid, I had been excited to get back to an American Arby's since my trip to Chicago in July and I had that amazing meal on my way home.This location started out with an older grumpy af woman working the till, very impatient and nicknamed Rainbow, I'm guessing it's because of her wildly colorful hair.Our order didn't come out perfectly, BUT she made it right and acknowledged her error in processing it, so that's a huge positive on her.The dining area feels tremendously crowded, the seating was made for people with a very narrow shoulder span and almost forces people to sit next to someone else.

Local person was a slow nite got to window forgot my cheese sauces lady told me I can't add nothing pull around and order agin she was also in a old Dallas cowboy jersey very disrespectful won't be back
