I got the brisket spud and was only able to bite 1 piece of the brisket. It was very tough and burnt. However the side Caesar salad I had was top tier!!

The shrimp were awesome. The service at the bar was horrible. The people were dismissive. I kept trying to give them opportunity to clean it up, including apologizing even though I was never rude and tipped well. The food is good, the service ruins it.

With its vibrant atmosphere, it’s a fantastic place to grab a quick bite or enjoy some time at the bar. I was initially drawn in by the stunning food photos displayed around the resort, and I’m really glad I decided to give it a try!

The food presentation was impressive, and while the flavors were just okay, there were some standout items. I particularly enjoyed the unique, made-from-scratch burgers. The wings were decent as well, but the care taken in their preparation was evident. Overall, not a bad experience on the food front!

What truly set this visit apart was the service. Our server, Robyne, was exceptional—she genuinely made us feel like family! Every time she came to our table, she brought a smile and positive energy. Robyne guided us through the menu seamlessly, and she even made the kids feel special by celebrating their birthday with them. That kind of attentive service really enhances the dining experience!

The atmosphere at B-Lux Grill & Bar was also a highlight. The spacious restaurant boasted attractive decor and a lively vibe that complemented the menu perfectly. It was clean, inviting, and perfectly captured the theme of shakes and burgers.

We had Mel, and she was great and attentive. She payed attention to our 3 and 5 year old and made them feel heard. Great service, good food. You can’t beat it for on site food, prices were reasonable. Family of 4 our the door for $90 after tip.

Steven was our server last night and he was an absolute delight! Everything was wonderful! Steven greeted us asking if we were celebrating anything and it just so happened we were there for our twins birthday. He immediately handed them each an arcade card. So sweet! The food was quick, hot and delicious! We will definitely be back again next time we come to kalahari!

We had an amazing experience at B-Lux! The food was great and our waitress, Mel, was even more amazing! She did a wonderful job and treated us like royalty!
