We were visiting the area from Akron and found BHB was in close proximity to Castaway Bay and decided to check it out. The staff was amazing and accommodating to our kid, the beer selection (a mix of microbrews and guest taps) was great and the food was really good. It was cold on our visit but they have an amazing outdoor space that would be great in the summer. Will definitely hit them up again when we are back in the area!

My review of this place is…LOVE the atmosphere every beer I had was awesome but the food was too big of portions and bland. I got the Walleye bites, which was the best I have had. However the Perch sandwich and the salmon was a bit bland other than that everything else was amazing! They weren’t able to do growlers or I would have gotten one also their merch was very limited…however I would definitely come back!

Sunny Beach Peach beer was delicious! Bait house salad with salmon was so good!!! Not a fan of the pickle pizza but everyone else enjoyed their food as well!!!They do add a credit card fee to the bill BEFORE you even pay. Just beware.

Food is excellent!!! Bar manager needs to step up and help the bartender out when she's the only one waiting tables and bar..that would make it easier on the bartender!

Nice atmosphere and good food. Not a lot of in house made brews but still decent spot especially for Sunday brunch!

First time coming to this place.Good atmosphere, good food, live music at the time was great. The beers were fantastic, kuddos to the Brewmaster for such tasty beers.Service was friendly, prompt and cordial.Food portions were plentiful, my wife enjoyed the walleye fish while I enjoyed the chicken sandwich. Will definitely come back and recommend.

Staying for a weekend at Cedar Point and wanted some good food and beer that wasn't ridiculously overpriced. We got what we wanted and more. The bartenders were both super friendly and talkative, and we happened to sit down next to the owner who was just as talkative and friendly. The street corn dip and the pub burger were our favorites, and you can never go wrong with a flight of some good local craft brews.

First visit. Great service and they have their own label beers on tap. The Walleye Platter was delicious. I'll be marking this for when I return to Sandusky!

We officially decided this is the place to be in Sandusky! They have indoor seating as well as a large covered patio outdoors. At the time we went, there was trivia going on and you could tell this was a place that locals really enjoyed. Our service, probably beause it was so busy, was a little lacking but we weren't in a hurry that night so it was fine. All food was ON POINT. Hush puppies were awesome, walleye bites were BOMB! You can even get them tossed in a buffalo-type dust. The pub burger was really good and you could customize it a good bit so I got the pretzel bun.

Me and my family came to watch Locals play live, but ended up staying for the delicious food and excellent service. Meg and Spencer were amazing, but it sure wouldn't have been the same without those delectable pretzels and fish nuggets. Also thanks again to the wait staff, you guys were amazing and very kind.

Food was very good, BUT for 2 millers and 2 hamburgers I'm not sure it's worth 48.51.

We had a good dinner this visit. We were sad that the hush puppies (the one reason my wife wanted to come back) and cauliflower were no longer on the menu. My walleye sandwich was tasty.
