This place is definitely overpriced. The food portions are very small — if you’re a big eater, you could easily spend over $50 and still leave hungry. I made the mistake of ordering the chicken and shrimp pasta, which I finished in just a couple of minutes. The lobster bisque is also tiny and expensive. If you have a big appetite, I’d recommend getting a burger instead.

The one redeeming quality is the scenery and atmosphere. The windows overlook the harbor, and it’s especially beautiful around sunset

We always like coming here for the food. Sad to hear it will be closed in winter. I think many people don't know the place is here. They should advertise. The food and service are good , you get a view of water, boats and theme park. People may not know parking is reimbursed

Although I don't have the name of our waitress, she provided outstanding service to myself and my three girls spending the day at Cedar Point. We needed a nice relaxing place to get away from the chaos of the park and Bay Harbor provided that. Excellent food, drinks and I could have stayed there while the girls enjoyed the park! 🤣.

We were on a WEEKEND TO REMEMBER trip in Kalahari Sandusky and we were supposed to go on a date night so we chose Bay Harbor just because it made us remember one of our dates by the sea. Kalahari was just 17 minute's away and Bay Harbor looked like a lovely place. 🍂WE WERE SO THRILLED. Food (cocktails, appetizers, entrees, ) was delicious, service, amazing,(the young lady that shoots us some pictures was exceptional) ambiance, amazing. The sunset gave out an imaginable reflect with the boats on the water. We enjoyed dinner it was just a perfect date night.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Nice quiet place to get food outside of the park but within walking distance. Bang Bang shrimp was soooo good.

Very nice place to eat however baked potatoes were not done after sitting in the kitchen for an hour they were still cold and hard when they came out. Also they do not tell anyone they have to park in Cedar Point Amusement Park parking space

Their restaurant is in Cedar Point Amusement park. You pay for parking through Cedar Point and then they will reimburse you on your bill. But they need to make it more clear they're parking is behind a gate that they give you a code to when you pay for the parking. Also baked potatoes were not cooked all the way through food took one hour exactly to come out to us

We come here every year to meet friends and we are never disappointed. This year was especially wonderful because of our waitress, Kitanna (I'm not sure of the spelling). She was not only a staff member but also a friend. She deserves a raise!

Overall, it was a great experience. We received great service. My son's filet steak was overcooked, unfortunately, but they did offer to remake it.  The rest of us enjoyed our food very much.

We were a party of six. We waited one hour for our food. When they finally brought out our food, it was cold, and I do mean room temperature cold. They forgot the French fries with one of the meals and by the time the waitress brought them out the main portion of the meal had been eaten. Three of us did not eat half of the food because it was so cold. I also told the manager, who I believe was called Chris, said….. “sorry”
Save yourself a lot of time and money and go somewhere else.

This was an incredibly unfortunate experience. The wait was roughly 15 min for water, an additional 25min for bread, and 1 hour for food. Once most of the food arrived half of it was already cold and the other additional food did not come out until we informed them 2 times that we were still missing items. They brought out a dirty knife for us to use on the food and we also had to ask 2 times for a replacement knife. The service was such a struggle. Lastly (but most certainly not least) they brought us our check and we gave them our card for a bill of $230 but when we received the bill and check back our card was charged for $480! They mistakenly (or not so mistakenly, who knows) charged us for double our bill. What an awful experience!

I've been in Food and Beverage for over 20 years and to say our experience was unpleasant is an understatement! I completely understand as a server being overwhelmed and I also know that kitchens can get behind in service. However, what I can't understand is how so many things can go so horribly wrong without the slightest sense of knowledge from the staff or even sense of care. Hospitality is not a practice at this restaurant, especially with their “manager” - aka shift lead, who I requested to speak with prior to leaving to help offer some growth opportunities for the future. As the manager approached me he stated that he already had changed out of his manager clothing. As I proceeded to inform him of the hour and a half wait time for our food, that the food was cold with multiple items missing/never brought, and how our table went without water throughout the majority of the meal, he seemed as if this was the norm. He gave a simple “I'm sorry” and offered 10% off. I was grateful for his time and went to sit back at the table. When the bill came we simply put our card down and the manager ran the card. However to our surprise he ran the card for over double what was due, swiping the card for another table. Now money in our debit account is held over the holiday weekend double what the bill was plus the actual charge for the extremely disappointing meal. As a leader I could not imagine assisting concerned guests with the same attitude, derision, and over all incompetence as we experienced tonight. We will never return.
