Would not go back. Wife and I celebrated a 70th birthday. Ordered prime rib and King Crab Legs spending $250.00 for sub standard food. Manager was simathetic response was she has a new crew and said Cedar Point promoted her from managing soft serve ice cream shop. This class of restaurant deserves a complete makeover or just offer burgers and fries. Also you have to pay for parking to Cedar Point amusement park.

Charm

Flavorless ribeye, super over priced for the dishes. Husband got the perch and only took a few bites due to scales and bones. I ended up sharing half of my steak with him. 4 of us bill was $360 for not worth the food

Calamari was EXCELLENT! Not overly breaded and not rubbery at all. Main courses for all of us were very good. Main course service was a little slower than past experience, but it was pretty crowded and wait staff was kind and accommodating. We will certainly eat here again on our yearly trip to Cedar Point.

The food was definitely not great. They had huge potential, but they struggled. The lobster tasted “muddy” according to my husband and my risotto had no seasoning and way too much cheese. The scallops on it were cooked really well though, so I have to give them that! Also, the waitress was really sweet, so that was a high point of the meal.

I’ve had a tradition of taking my son here for King Crab Legs for the past few years. Every other trip has been amazing, which made our visit this year so much more disappointing. We had a reservation, and after arriving the server took about 15 minutes to make it to our table. There were 4 other seated tables in the dining room, and I saw two servers working that night. During the dinner our drinks were never refilled, and the portion size has been drastically reduced from previous years. In the interest of full disclosure last year’s photo has a pound and a half, whereas we went with one pound this year. Even with the difference in order size this year’s serving was well below half of what we got last year. 4 full large legs vs. one and a half. I’m happy to pay market price ($125 for one pound this year) if I get what I’m paying for. To be honest it looks like they grabbed one of their half pound additions and gave me that since it was end of day. Very disappointing to see the change after so many years, we will definitely be hesitant to return.

Service good. Almost no one here. Ordered wings - came quickly, but they were cold. They must have a microwave or something in the kitchen. Nice people but avoid this place

The Lobster Bisque was very watery...Other than that, everthing else was wonerful as always.

Ordered crab legs at market price which was a little high compared to other restaurants. Also had the salmon dinner. Both items were delicious. Ordered the calamari and it was OK because it contained a significant amount of banana peppers

Great place to spend our anniversary. The servers and staff are wonderful. Food excellent and the view of the marina and sub setting was lovely.

Great experience at Bay Harbor. We went to celebrate my son's 21st birthday and they were so accommodating in handling the cake as a surprise and bringing it to the table after dinner. Service was impeccable and the food was very good. The sunset from the Bay was incredible and I liked that it was an upscale restaurant, but we could be casual given that we were on the water. It was a great marriage of both great service in a casual atmosphere. Would definitely go to Bay Harbor again.

Our server Selena Davis was wonderful. Great food & service. Plus, amazing sunset!

Everything from the drinks to the food was bad. Service was absolutely horrible. The staff was nice, but only 1 or 2 out of the entire staff seemed like they had worked there longer than 2 days. A customer actually had to show his server how to open a bottle of wine.

My wife and I went for a nice dinner while the teens enjoyed the park, but after an hour and 45 minutes, the only thing that was partially correct was my wife's drink that was not great. Unfortunately, we ended up leaving the park for the night to get something decent to eat.

Literally the worst service and food I’ve had at a “fine dining” establishment in a while. Food came out wrong and then over done. Service was lacking and manager did not know how to handle the situation. Tables around us were seated and weren’t greeted by staff for over 20 mins. Place needs a lot of work.

Sat there for 25 minutes and no waitress came to our table. It was dead maximum 30% capacity. Only got out water. Will never go back. What a joke
