Better Half Family Diner

We sat at the bar to enjoy our brunch before heading to Cedar Point for the day. This little diner has that tiny hometown feel too it. People walked in and were greeted by name. They are accommodating to food allergies and restrictions. Friendly. Oh, so much fun too. Menu has a good variety at extremely fair prices. The mother daughter team was beyond amazing. Daughte is home in leave and helping mom out at the shop. Simply wonderful . We will be making this a regular stop any time we head that way again. Thank you both for making these 2 out-of-towners feel so welcomed.

The restaurant re-opened in April, 2024! Nice little neighborhood eatery. Staff is friendly. The food is basic, but very good. Prices are reasonable

Great Mom and Pop diner. Reasonably priced with great food and awesome service! Pancakes were fluffy and biscuits and gravy were amazing! Highly recommend!

This place is hard to rate. It's a diner. Comfort food. The food tastes as good as you need it to. Really think about that. If you're really hungry, or have been drinking, or have worked up a taste for unseasoned potatoes... Then the food is amazing. If you just need food and think.. hmm.. that diner doesn't look too bad. It's not going to be a great meal. Not bad. But nothing special.
It looks, smells, and tastes exactly as you would expect such a meal to be. Which is a good thing. You want more flavor? Add hot sauce. Don't blame a diner. Plus it's inexpensive. Just order more food and hope for the best.

Everything was deliciously amazing. Large portion. Will go every time I’m in town. Please support this small local business. THEY DEFINITELY DESERVE IT

NeatO diner with always great food, fast service & friendly

It's a great local dinner to grab some good food.

I have eaten here many times and I have been with My sister, family, and or friends. Everything has been great. My favorite is I can get a poached egg cooked to perfection. I have been at others placs and most of them can get it right. Even to the point that my poached egg was hard boiled. And I could not believe it from tha restaurant.
Keep up the great work. The changes they have made are very nice and you can sit and enjoy the atmosphere. Very friendly a dog great service. I will be back and send people your way. Blessings to All.

This place used to be a gem. Now it's just ore. The owner passed a few years ago and the service and food quality plummeted. They do carry Mama Jo's ( from Amherst) pie slices. So there's that
