Chicken strips were extremely overdone, tough and stringy. Rolls were dry, however coleslaw was good. The crust on the apple pie was underdone and the fruit itself was mushy.

You guys have really good food, but my favorite was the blueberry crepes and blueberry smoothies. Unfortunately you guys got rid of it. It was the reason why I always came back. But one day I went there and it was gone. :( I hope you guys bring it back. I would come back every week for those 2 items.

It was my first time eating breakfast at Bob's in 8 years. Bob Evans is still great, top notch service, cool atmosphere, Ohaioan origin place. But they switched meat for their country fried steak... I remember that 8 years ago they used flank steak probably, now they are using ground beef... I still like this place, just need to find another main entree to order for breakfast. Buiscuits and hash browns are still very good!

My waiter started out great, then pretty much forgot about me. The food was good until the nats showed up all around my food. I could no longer eat, it was gross. As I was sitting there waiting for my food, I happened to look up at the lighting and I noticed how dirty it was just completely full of dust all around the metal netting around the light. Dust and dirty looking, like no one's touched it since it was put up. They were all like that, all the hanging one's. I just waved the waiter over for my check, didn't bother to get a box, and paid and left. You can't tell me if I noticed it, they can't. Sorry, but not sorry.

I had never been to a Bob Evans prior, they have not expended to where I live. Food was good and reasonable price.
Long wait after seated. Simple order 2 biscuits/gravy. Served COLD. Is ANYTHING more disgusting than COLD PORK GRAVY? 1 WAS MICROWAVED to a edible temperature, I canceled my order. This restaurant has declined yearly. I would definitely NOT RECCOMEND. Server was very apologetic, she is NOT in the kitchen or management.

Came in to eat before driving over 2 hours to get home. The server dropped a plate and knocked over 2 glasses. She got a person in my group wet; a t-shirt, pants, socks, and shoes. Luckily she had a change of clothes and shoes or we would had to go shopping. Then the assistant manager was only going to comp $30. That is not ok. After talking to him, we got it all took off. Will never go back.

We came in for morning breakfast it wasnât busy by any means we spent a total of an hour and a half for breakfast food. Service was horrible, we waited about 10 mins just to get our waitress to ask us what we wanted to get started with, she started by asking what we wanted to eat but never even asked what we wanted for a drink. My father ordered a coffee but didnât have anything to stir his sugar with because we were never given silverware or straws. After an hour of waiting just for our food, 2/4 of our meals were cold. Server had horrible customer service skills and acted like she didnt know how to go about the situation. She said âohâ and walked away when we told her our food was cold. After about 20 mins she decided to come back and ask US if we wanted to get the cold food taken off our bill, a good server should normally just take the cold food off the bill without asking. And said she will âtry her bestâ to get the food taken off. Meanwhile in the section we were sitting at we noticed the 3 other tables around us all were also complaining to the same server about problems they had. All of the tables including us were never given silverware. one table even got their food and had to get up and walk to the hostess stand to get their own silverware. One table was mixing their coffee with a straw because they didnât have any either. Table behind us was also saying they have been there over an hour and still havenât received food yet. I also noticed our server demonstrating hand gestures to her manager or co worker about her section since something was wrong with all of our service.
