Brick Oven Bistro is one of my favorite places to eat in Sandusky. They have a great everyday menu and they are always coming up with creative new ideas. Two of my favorite things are the stuffed jalapeños and the spinach salad. Try them out you won’t be disappointed!
I've eaten there more than a few times and tonight, the change in bar staff really showed. I planned on ordering my favorite pizza in town- the Cubano, which has always been good with the mustard taste at the top and i ordered desert to go and sporadically added an app.
All my bad there for bothering this poor soul behind the bar, asking why this pizza was covered in mayo, i guess they added more "honey mustard aioli" and shoved it back at me but it's going no where but the...read full review
Had dinner there tonight and it was absolutely delicious! the saukraute balls were unique and delicious!!! Side salad was yummy and the pizza was delicious also....and we also had the sweetest waitress Brianna!!! I'm from Maryland but if I'm ever in the area again this is going to be a must stop!!

Brick Oven Bistro is a great hidden gem and a favorite local restaurant in Sandusky with a small family owned feel. The atmosphere is very family friendly and cozy. The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and provides phenomenal, amazing service with a positive attitude. The food is fantastic, fresh, and delicious. The pizzas are 10/10, especially the gorgonzolla pear, buffalo chicken, and quatro formaggi. They have a great everyday menu with creative new ideas, including great gluten free options. Favorite items include the stuffed jalapeños and the spinach salad. It is a wonderful, reliable non-chain choice worth going to and one that families keep coming back to.
