Placed an order online, paid, went to the store and they refused to honor the order, saying they were only serving lunch. Probably shouldn't have opened their location on the app for breakfast, then. Now I have to wait 5-7 days for my money back.

We went to Burger King after a school concert and it was snowing cold and stuck out. The messed up our entire order. I'm not going back out into this mess. This is completely ridiculous to have this much of a mess up.

There is an older lady with short hair and glasses that was working the window this morning she was very rude and unprofessional she shook her head and whispered something under her breath when I said I had tap to pay and then when I went to tap I had to type in my passcode and she yanked it away and got nasty and said it didn't go through which wasn't the case I just had to type in a password so I just left because I was upset.

Got the food home and it just a sloppy mess and tasted really old. We live 2 miles away and our food was cold when we got home. 2 hrs of my work paid for that meal. It'll be the last one I buy buy

They were friendly and fast. Only had problems with my pickier eaters having to be remade.
I stop into Burger King on Perkins ave once a week and felt that recognition was deserved, the food is always good. What needs recognition is the staff. Polite, respectful, courteous, prompt. In a day when I see bad service and ungrateful employees all the time I have never once not felt like I was a valued customer. I see these young men and women working hard, always conducting themselves with dignity and treating everyone who walks through the door with respect. Sometimes I don’t even feel like getting a whooper, but I’ll still stop into Burger King because I know this staff will remind me that their are still young hard working men and women, and they work at Burger King on Perkins ave in Sandusky Ohio. Thank you

Waited in line for 20 mins just to pull up and have 3 other cars that were behind me order before I did, I usually stop every other day before I pick up my daughter for school and being on a time crunch I didn’t have a chance to stop anywhere else, I won’t being coming back unless something is changed, which is unlikely.
