The day manager is not very capable. A core group of employees know more about the running of the operation than she does. I doubt if she knows how to properly order supplies for the store, they get constantly run out of items. She probably does not even know how to change pop syrup cartridges in the dining room pop machine. And crew training? I usually order the same sandwich. Rarely is it made the the same two visits in a row. Frequently I have to return it to get the second...
I'm editing this review to acknowledge a wonderful person, who always has a smile on her face, no matter how busy it is, or what kinda of day they are having. So thanks Maxine ( hope I spelled that right)for being such a great employee, I don't come everyday for my lunch break just for food, but for the amazing and consistent customer service, you give me every time I visit. So for that, I thank you very much:) keep up the amazing work!! I sure do appreciate you!!
I will have to say I have noticed a major change in this place! Not only does the food finally come out hot, fresh and as requested, but the service has gotten 1000 times better and faster! I wouldn't go to this one because it just got so bad but I'm pleased to say that things have made a 180 and hope they continue in this direction!
