UPDATE: Store management reached out to apologize - as they had updated their hours online to summer hours a couple of days early and didn't realize it would affect anything. Honest mixup and they've made it right. Cameo is still our family's absolute favorite pizza in Sandusky! (Get a sausage pizza! Best sausage crumble EVER!)
Tried to place an online order, and online ordering was closed but it said I could call and place an order and that they were open until 9pm. We called numerous times and noone picked up the phone. We walked in at 8pm and were told they closed at 8pm... even though their website and google both said 9pm. If someone had answered the phone to at least tell us that - we wouldn't have drove in all the way from Castalia. Very disappointing.
The food was amazing, the service was amazing, the atmosphere was amazing. Everything about this place AMAZING! It gives a homey vibe once you walk in and their pizza is so delectable

I called asking for help purchasing a giftcard over the phone. Yes, I know you can purchase the GC online, but I live out of state and was trying to surprise a family member with some cameo pizza. I did not have all of her info to purchase online, so I called. The first girl who answered was super rude. She did not know how to help so she put her manager on the phone, and he was more rude than she was!!!! Completely horrible. I grew up loving this place. I know customer service isn't great these days, but this was SO EXTRA RUDE tonight, I felt like sharing my experience.
Best pizza on the planet at a reasonable price
Ordered pizza for delivery. Horrible! The top of the pizza was a huge puddle of grease and the crust was so soggy you couldn't even pick the pieces up. Very nasty! Threw it away.
