I love Chic fila, but here lately not so much. The last few times I have been there, I have been disappointed. Chicken strips are smaller, and no matter how many times I ask for fresh fries, they are always cold and not good. I love their fries, well, not anymore. I have to find another favorite spot. #donewithchicfila

Stopped in on my way home from great wolf lodge on Saturday around noon. Little boy at the drive through window was feckless and petulant. Other guy that was running the food out forgot my kids meal. I definitely will not be returning back to this location. This was an extremely poor example of customer service.
Chicken is fine my complaint is about the waffle fries. They are the only place I've ever had a soft squishy waffle fries. I asked for them to be cooked longer and they denied it.

The manager Brandon has been wonderful to my boys for years here , we literally go to this location because he is so great and they absolutely love him! The place is clean, food is great and staff is the best! We need more people like Brandon in the world, he really makes the chick-fil-a name something to be proud of and we appreciate his kindness always!
