Picked up a delivery, watched a younger female associate grab a few plastic bags to put the order in it was seven paper bags full of steaming hot nuggets and fries. The older lady told her not too,...... Idk why hopefully none of those bags ripped from the steam while the kids I delivered them to carried them up the stairs to their room at Kalahari, she seemed genuinely upset that I was delivering an order of that size ..... How dare they not use chick fil a catering service the humanity

I have ate here a few times with no problem, but today I got a chicken sandwich that was half the size of the bun. And the bun seemed old and flaky like it was frozen and thawed. Was going to take it back and talk to the manager, but I didn't. Won't be eating here anytime soon, very disappointed!

Iāve visited this location various times and although newer, it isnāt brand new at this point. I always order the same thing, salad & fries and occasionally a kids meal for my child and on several occasions my salad dressing has been forgotten. If I order 2 salads, Iām lucky to receive 2 utensil packs. The food is fine, itās the packaging of food that diminishes this review.

We typically have dinner here for a quick night out and food is always great. Recently we grabbed breakfast and I was very disappointed in the chicken biscuits. Literally half dollar size of chicken on a biscuit. Chicken was old and tough.
Placed breakfast order at 10:20am. Got to restaurant at 10:25 AM. āManagerā Proceeds to tell me they canāt make my food. So youāre telling me that you have five minutes left for breakfast and you canāt make one breakfast sandwich? It just seemed petty as hell. You ought to just change breakfast to 10am instead of 10:30am ! Why lie And say it ends at a certain time if you are too lazy to utilize the last five minutes leading up to that time to make a damn sandwich. You spent time arguing with me for five minutes when you couldāve been making my breakfast sandwich !! Smh Ridiculous. Manager Brandon is the only nice manager Iāve met at this place. He wasnāt there at this time. The middle aged manager with the brown hair and glasses is always rude as hell along with another manager with short-Ish brown hair but younger, just as rude. Who is running this place?
