Placed breakfast order at 10:20am. Got to restaurant at 10:25 AM. “Manager” Proceeds to tell me they can’t make my food. So you’re telling me that you have five minutes left for breakfast and you can’t make one breakfast sandwich? It just seemed petty as hell. You ought to just change breakfast to 10am instead of 10:30am ! Why lie And say it ends at a certain time if you are too lazy to utilize the last five minutes leading up to that time to make a damn sandwich. You spent time arguing with me for five minutes when you could’ve been making my breakfast sandwich !! Smh Ridiculous. Manager Brandon is the only nice manager I’ve met at this place. He wasn’t there at this time. The middle aged manager with the brown hair and glasses is always rude as hell along with another manager with short-Ish brown hair but younger, just as rude. Who is running this place?

When we took our sandwiches out of the wrapper the bun was falling apart and the pickles we’re wilted it’s apparent the sandwiches sat in a warmer for awhile fries were good and the pop was ok

I love Chic fila, but here lately not so much. The last few times I have been there, I have been disappointed. Chicken strips are smaller, and no matter how many times I ask for fresh fries, they are always cold and not good. I love their fries, well, not anymore. I have to find another favorite spot. #donewithchicfila

Stopped in on my way home from great wolf lodge on Saturday around noon. Little boy at the drive through window was feckless and petulant. Other guy that was running the food out forgot my kids meal. I definitely will not be returning back to this location. This was an extremely poor example of customer service.

Chicken is fine my complaint is about the waffle fries. They are the only place I've ever had a soft squishy waffle fries. I asked for them to be cooked longer and they denied it.
