Walked in and was greeted and seated right away. The waitress come over and we placed our full order right then with her, she brought us our drinks after that someone else brought out our chips for our queso dip we ordered then our food showed up chicken fajitas but we never got our queso dip or silverware or napkins or straws.. i asked her to cancel my queso dip because we didn't get it, somehow they cancel that but charged me for chips that go with the queso that we never got.. Furthermore, the waitress was nice enough to ask the people on both sides of us, How their meal was and if they needed anything, but not us.. I questioned why she charged me for chips when I never got my queso dip with it, she said she took the queso dip off.. I don't want chips with no queso dip.. Waitress was upset to that I had to pay with cash and not use that box thing on table.. Anyways I'm thankful their chicken fajitas are as good as they are... Best chicken fajitas around..

Our server was Paige, she never brought refills for the table, the salads did not come out first they came after the meal, we had to ask three times for napkins- finally we asked a gentleman walking by and he brought them to the table. On top of that she overcharged us on the bill. She charged us for a drink when we did 3 for me, where the drink should have been included. Paige didn’t seem interested on waiting on our table, it was as if we were an imposition.

Food was bland. Pasta was overcooked kids pizza tasted like Tostitos. My grandma didn’t even like her salad. On top of all that the waitress made fun of my uncle for his speech impediment. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY. Eat at kalahari or any other restaurant around besides this place. Worst establishment I have ever been too.

Been ordering here a lot lately (to go), and food is always good. But the one thing that bothers me is that it will always say it'll text you when your food is ready and they literally never do... so you just show up and assume your foods ready.

The waiter I had wasn’t great. He promised to bring salsa, never did. He took a long time to come back with drink. I told him I didn’t want peppers on it. Didn’t check up on me, brought my fajita trio to me and set it close to me… the pan was spitting since it was hot and it splashed on my hand. That hurt. The steak was charcoal burnt. Not happy. Look at this! Why would you serve this? Where’s the chicken btw? This is before I ate shrimp or anything. Chicken was minimal. I’ve decided I’m not coming back after this.

The restaurant is low on staff, but that's a common issue these days. The food and service were good. A year later, I found that the food was still good, but the staffing levels hadn’t improved. They seem to be doing their best under the circumstances. However, it appears they don't have busers, as someone spilled a drink, and the sticky spot on the floor remained there the entire time I was dining.
Went for lunch to get the new triple dipper. Nashville hot sauce lacked flavor and the mozz sticks were under cooked. The sliders were very tasty.

We went as a party of 7. They could not accommodate us. They sat us at 2 different tables. Odd. I order steak chicken and shrimp fajitas. Everything and I mean everything on the sizzling plate was under cooked and raw. I mean literally raw shrimp raw chicken raw vegetables. They r gonna make someone sick here. Then the waitress was rude af about it. Like it was our fault.
