My server Shi it was very sweet and great at her job. My daughter and I went there for apps and dessert. The service from the staff was great. She was quick but also read the room and left us to enjoy our food without hovering and could see that we didn't want to stay too long. And she was very accommodating when bringing out boxes suggestions on the menu.

Our first time trying out a Chilis, and this one DID NOT disappoint! Seated right away, service was prompt, friendly. Drinks and food came out at a quick time, for being relatively busy Sunday afternoon. My Jack & Coke was perfect and I do mean perfect!! The building was homey and warm (12/14/25), very comfortable vibe. All servers were friendly and all helped each other. We will definitely come again (& again)!!

Free chips and salsa with the rewards program. Server was great with service and showing me how to redeem on the kiosk with payment. Refills were spot on for the service and the boneless wings were just the right amount of spice. Salad and tex Mex bowls were filling and flavorful.

My experience at the restaurant was amazing! My boyfriend and I went here after a long day at Cedar Point, and instantly were seated at a table. Our waitress, Amber, was so incredibly kind and helpful. She had an amazing personality, and her hospitality and friendliness made the whole experience enjoyable. She recommended menu options, constantly refilled our drinks, and was very attentive to our needs! We will definitely be visiting again ☺️
