I ordered Door dash for my nearest Cipotle in Sandusky Ohio. I was delivered a 5 ounce to go container, fit l fir a chips and queso dip.I barely got 3/4 of an ounce for my apoetixz that I paid for. Make it make sense!

I arrived at this restaurant at 1:15pm, so I don't want to hear the excuse that they ran out of certain things. I ordered a bowl and instead of 2 full scoops, like they did years prior, now they only give 1 scoop of rice and if you tell them you want 2,...they say that will be extra. Concerning the protein, which in my case was chicken, I didn't even receive a full scoop. Is Chipotle that hard up for cash that they now resort to this kind of crap? People are noticing so it's not just me. I will not be giving Chipotle anymore of my business's and neither will the wheelhouse of people I know.

I use to be a regular food was always fresh, meat cooked thoroughly and the dining area was clean, my take out order was always ready at the time I selected. I do not know what has happened but it's nasty dining area, food is horrible and definitely not fresh. I had to wait almost 30minutes for my call in order. Needless to say I won't go back. They need new managers.

I was about to fill my cup with ice when a woman employee in the front of the store told me “he just filled it up with ice and none is coming out”
So I asked the cashier if I could have some ice from the ice machine in clear view that obviously provided the ice to be dumped into the front soda machine.
He went in the back and didn’t open or look at the ice machine but went out of view and came back and said it’s broken today. Which is obviously a lie. I hate getting lied to because I take it as an insult to my intelligence. I will never go here again. Also they suck at rolling burritos

About to ban my local chipotle, can’t order off the app because it will take 30 or more minutes after they say my order should be ready. Go in person and you a get a softball shaped burrito and when you say something they just laugh about it…

A fly landed on our food, and the lady just watched it crawl. It flew from that bowl to the next, then to the ingredients for other customers; she did and said nothing. The state of the drink station- trash mixed with other items-is an Alarming health standard violation. I've previously worked in food service, and this location needs to be shut down immediately.
Chips were stale service was decent I didn’t get her name but the African American women in there did a outstanding job on stepping in for the slackers!

The worst Chipotle ever was. As soon as I walked into the restaurant, the trash cans all were overflowing with trash on the floor around them. Every table was extremely dirty. Should've known to leave right then and there but got food to go cause I wasn't eating at a dirty table. Food tasted old. Didn't even finish it. Something just didn't taste right about it.
