I can go to any other chipotle like Norwalk, fremont, avon, amherst, literally any other one and they’ll have everything in stock, they’re nice and not disrespectful and they’re clean. I simply ask for vinaigrette and EVERY SINGLE TIME they’re out. But again I can go to any other chipotle and they always have it. The employees are just too lazy to make anything for you if it’s an inconvenience. Only chipotle i’ve been to that has been out of steak, sauces, and other things. It’s ridiculous.

My husband dropped me off at the entrance then parked the car. I walked in to order and the lady with the dark short hair and glasses with a hat that said certified trainer told me I cant park my car there. My husband did not park the car there. He had pulled into a spot at that point and was just dropping me off at the door because I am pregnant and not feeling great today. I let them know that he was just dropping me off at the door and she kept snapping back at me letting me know that that was their fire lane even though it is not.. It was where the handicapped ramp was at the entrance of the location. She was extremely rude, and it was very upsetting to me to be treated that way.

This particular location is just disappointing! Went in about 3 hours before closing- the WHOLE store was dirty. Overflowing trash, tables with visible dirt. Food that did remain was old and they 'weren't' cooking anymore- even though there were at least 20 other people there for food. The staff was rude, inattentive and just lazy! Playing on their phones, talking vs working. The back area looked like a bomb had gone off! I left- because there was no way I could trust anything else from there.

whoever is managing this chipotle is doing a great job. this is the cleanest chipotle I've been in in years. the back of the kitchen was actually not covered in food and wrappers and looked like everything was wiped down and organized. it was like how chipotle used to be pre pandemic.

This is hands down the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. It’s consistently bad. The workers don’t know how to wrap burritos, the service is extremely slow, they are constantly out of everything and the quality of the food is garbage. I stopped coming to this chipotle a while back and thought I’d give it another shot, nope same bs. If you are wanting Chipotle, do yourself a favor and drive a few more minutes to the next chipotle. Don’t recommend this location.

Not sure what it is with this chipotle. Food is usually ok, sometimes sits out too long but the employees are RUDE and extremely slow. Not worth waiting 30 mins for a line of 6 people, especially when the employees are rude.

I love chipotle, but this was the worst meal I ever received. The chicken tasted funky, and the “carne asada” was tough and chewy. I never understood how people didn’t like chipotle, but if this were the location I tried for my first time, I’d feel the same way. Thankfully I'm not a local. The staff were nice, and the portion was fair, but I still threw it away.

We would like to take this opportunity to THANK the store Manager, sorry I don't remember his name, along with his staff for a fantastic event. This was the first time we used Chipotle for catering. You made it very easy, our high school teens at St. Peter's Curch fully enjoyed the food. We will certainly be using Chipotle Sandusky for future events! Thank you very much.
