If you live within 30 minutes of Sandusky and aren't here once a week you're making a huge mistake. The beer is some of the best I've had, every item on the menu I've tried was made perfectly and the service was great. The owner is present and very nice. This is the best brewery I've been to and it's not even close. Go to Clag.

First, they will charge you a 3.5% fee if you use a credit card. This is not stated on the menu, their website, or the door of the establishment. It’s a bogus charge as everyone knows these fees are a cost of doing business and should be included in the price of their product. Very shady.
Went here for lunch and was told the menu was not being served and we could only order sushi.
Beer was good but not worth coming back to be fee’d to death.

Beer and sushi! They have a large food menu, but be aware that it is sushi only on Sundays. If beer isn't your thing, they have a very impressive bourbon collection. Plenty of on street parking available.

(HB) Pils 5.2abv excellent, great nose and finish (wow, well done) 22oz ; (NZ) IPA 6.7abv very good, decent hop fruit up front light bitter on the finish (a great NZ not overdone) 16oz? ; - while on the main drag clag itself is hard to find 0 signage easy to miss , beer menu is only via a cumbersome qr scan , 14 clag beers on tap today (2 are Belgo hi abv malt beverages) , NO dedicated parking , 3+ big TV's , full service brewpub with food liquor , small City taphouse and clag share the same space , wifi is a bit slow , (Asian menu is a bit confusing but the broccoli beef, is excellent) , QR listing serving sizes are NOT clearly listed , CLAG Brewing has no Pale, Stout today ,

First of all I think CLAG has become the best IPA maker in the state of Ohio. They are absolutely killing it. The food here is also AMAZING! The shrimp toast is served as a side to some dishes but I always get it a la carte. The pho was excellent. The service can admittedly be a bit gruff sometimes.
We were sent here by a friend that was from the area. It was a great experience and well worth the hour drive. One of the best Father’s Days I’ve ever had. The sushi paired well with my brew selections. I just wish the full menu was available on Sundays as it was sushi only. But other than that, it was an overall great stop. Two thumbs up!
