I'm sure corporate doesn't care about my opinion but others might. Im tired of people not doing their job correctly. We clearly ordered grilled chicken sandwich baskets. The lady rang it in wrong and brought out grilled cheese. Then she proceeded to blame us for her mistake and rudely tell us we need to come back up to the counter and pay more since she made the mistake. We didnt even get a receipt cause she never offered us one just paid whatever came up on the screen. This place is always dirty. It used to be nice but not anymore. This will probably be my last time eating here. Chick fil a is next door and their employees are actually nice and do their job correctly.
Excellent!! Best quick service burger I've ever had! Walleye sandwich and Cod dinner were also great. Loved the crinkle fries and custard. We stayed across the street at Great Wolf for the weekend and ate at Culvers 3 times!

Try to take my lunch break, which is only 30 minutes and grab a quick burger, but this place is anything but quick and they really lack Customer Service skills should’ve known better when they didn’t even greet me or say thank you and to waste my whole 30 minute lunch break in the drive-through line and take even longer to get my money refunded to me as a joke. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here.

They literally forget AT LEAST one thing every time I order but never seem to forget to charge me for them!! Like honestly it’s one thing if you slip up and don’t order it. but if it’s on the screens in front of you it’s literally a list of what to serve! Honestly so disappointing every time!

I placed my order and they did not get it right. I asked for no tomatoes and they still put a huge thick slice of tomato! The chili cheese fries had no flavor and unfortunately my drink tasted like something weird, the only thing I can compare it to is soap. Anyway, not worth the money. There are better burger joints out there!
