I placed my order and they did not get it right. I asked for no tomatoes and they still put a huge thick slice of tomato! The chili cheese fries had no flavor and unfortunately my drink tasted like something weird, the only thing I can compare it to is soap. Anyway, not worth the money. There are better burger joints out there!
Had a over all bad experience came here with my family and ordered the 5 of us food they got all there orders right but they messed up my order which with out fail happens every where I go at least once not cuz it's a hard order when I get a burger it's has no cheese and no condiments but everytime they put cheese and condiments or one or the other on it and her was no exception so we took it back and showed them the receipt and asked for a remake but right this time they took the receipt and even circled it and wrote in it no cheese and it still came back wrong

I’m from Dayton. And this Culver’s sucks in Sandusky. A waist of money. My food was cold no warmth. Bread hard. If I wasn’t in a rush to get back to work I would have returned it. But Ik I’ll never go back here again. Thanks Sandusky Culver’s for making it to wear I’ll never eat there again. Don’t see how anyone eats there. 🤢🤮

I understand some people are okay with a little pink in their burgers but this was TOO pink. It was pretty much raw for my liking. I spit it out the second I realized how raw it truly was. I thought maybe a little pink the first few bites, but then I started picking it part and it kept getting more and more pink!

Ordered on mobile the employees kept asking us to circle the building because the order wasn't ready. Really dumb ways to handle mobile here might as well order drivethru and get one of their takeout spots.

Got a double butter burger with cheese and bacon lettuce ketchup mayo and tomato. Everything tasted delicious per usual. BACON was FORGOTTEN. Overall experience is the same as usual just didn’t get the bacon this time. Fries fresh and when you dine the employee bring you your tray of food. A wide selection of soda and condiments.
